Abstract:
A projection device includes a semiconductor light-emitting element, a rotary wheel configured to emit lights of a plurality of colors in a time-division manner by using light which the semiconductor light-emitting element emits, and a controller configured to start, at a time of activating the device, rotation of the rotary wheel and output of a signal, which instructs a turn-on timing, to the semiconductor light-emitting element, in a state in which supply of power to the semiconductor light-emitting element is stopped, and to start, thereafter, the supply of the power to the semiconductor light-emitting element, based on a predetermined condition relating to an activation state.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a light source unit which emits fluorescence light to a display element which displays an image by using the fluorescence light including an excitation light source which emits excitation light, a fluorescent plate including a fluorescence emission region on a surface of a circular substrate which emits the fluorescence light by the fluorescence emission region being irradiated with the excitation light from the excitation light source, a drive unit which rotates the fluorescent plate in a circumferential direction and a control unit which controls the excitation light source and the drive unit. And the control unit controls the drive unit so that a display frequency of the display element and a rotation frequency of the fluorescent plate fulfill formula (1) j×display frequency=k×rotation frequency (j, k are integers, j>k) (1)
Abstract:
There is provided a projection system including: a projector configured to project an image on a projection surface; and a computer configured to communicate with the projector and instruct the projector to project the image in accordance with an operation by a user. The projector includes a first processor that sends information on an operation state of the projector to the computer while communicating with the computer. The computer includes a display and/or a speaker and a second processor that makes a notification based on the information from the projector by causing the display to display a notification and/or by causing the speaker to output a voice.
Abstract:
A projecting apparatus includes a projector configured to output projected light; a receiver configured to obtain from outside, image data of a target image projected by the projector; and a processor configured to control operation of the projector. The processor is configured to set a light intensity of the projected light to a light decreased state lower than a standard value when the image data is not obtained by the receiver.
