    Abstract: A wireless communication device includes a wireless communication unit and a processor. The wireless communication unit connects to relays for wireless communication and transmits and receives communication data via the relays by wireless communication. The processor determines a second relay different from a first relay currently connected to the wireless communication unit and a timing of connection to the second relay based on a predetermined connection standard.
