Abstract:
A projection apparatus includes a projection optical system, an output display element, an operation unit acquiring an adjustment instruction, a geometric correction adjustment unit, and a geometric correction unit. The output display element having an element region including pixels that modulate projection light by a quadrangular effective element region in the element region. The geometric correction adjustment unit transforms the effective element region to shift a vertex of the effective element region along a side, according to the adjustment instruction. The geometric correction unit performs an operation of projecting an input image on the effective element region.

Abstract:
A projection device includes a light source with a plurality of emission light colors, a projection unit configured to form and project a light image corresponding to a given video signal, by using light from the light source, and a controller configured to lower, when video that is projected by the projection unit becomes all black on an entire screen, a brightness of the light source to a light emission state of a predetermined brightness with respect to each of the emission light colors, and to turn off the light source after each of lights of all of the plurality of emission light colors has reached the light emission state of the predetermined brightness.
Abstract:
A content reproduction control device is connected to a content reproducing device which reproduces contents and a content output device which outputs the contents to the content reproducing device. The content reproduction control device includes operation sections used to select one of reproducing first contents in the content reproduction control device by the content reproducing device and reproducing second contents in the content output device by the content reproducing device; and a controller which instructs the content reproducing device to switch an input source in the content reproducing device to the content output device, when reproducing the second contents is selected.
Abstract:
According an embodiment, a display apparatus includes a display unit configured to display video corresponding to a video signal which is input, by using light which a light source emits; a determination unit configured to determine, from the video signal, presence/absence of necessity of light emission by the light source at every given time period; and a controller configured to vary and set the time period which is determined by the determination unit, in accordance with a determination result by the determination unit.

Abstract:
Considered is a case where an adjustment chart is projected larger than a screen that is a projection target and an outer frame is not projected on the screen. The position of a top side of the outer frame can be easily identified from an interval between intersections of a top side of the screen and sides of a rhombus. Similarly, the position of a right side of the outer frame can be easily identified from another interval, and a bottom side of the outer frame from still another interval.
