摘要: A head-up display device (HUD) includes a sound analysis portion that determines whether a specific alarm is involved in sound signals from microphones 40a to 40d to collect ambient sound around a vehicle. When a specific alarm has been detected as determined by the sound analysis portion, an image display unit displays icons, representing the specific alarm. The specific alarm includes a siren sound given from an emergency vehicle and a horn sound given from a general vehicle and the sound analysis portion analyzes frequency of input sound signals and thereby determines whether the sound is the specific alarm.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer products according to the principles of the present inventions may involve a training system for a pilot of an aircraft. The training system may include an aircraft sensor system affixed to the aircraft adapted to provide a location of the aircraft, including an altitude of the aircraft, speed of the aircraft, and directional attitude of the aircraft. It may further include a helmet position sensor system adapted to determine a location of a helmet within a cockpit of the aircraft and a viewing direction of a pilot wearing the helmet. The helmet may include a see-through computer display through which the pilot sees an environment outside of the aircraft with computer content overlaying the environment to create an augmented reality view of the environment for the pilot. A computer content presentation system may be adapted to present computer content to the see-through computer display at a virtual marker, generated by the computer content presentation system, representing a geospatial position of a training asset moving within a visual range of the pilot, such that the pilot sees the computer content from a perspective consistent with the aircraft's position, altitude, attitude, and the pilot's helmet position when the pilot's viewing direction is aligned with the virtual marker.

摘要: Compensating for latency in a streaming virtual reality environment is disclosed. A computing device receives from a head-mounted display device (HMDD) having a field of view (FOV), first pose data that identifies an orientation of the HMDD worn by a participant viewing a virtual world via the HMDD. The computing device renders, based at least in part on the first pose data and a first oversized FOV that is greater than the FOV, oversized imagery that depicts a portion of the virtual world within the FOV of the HMDD and a portion of the virtual world outside of the FOV of the HMDD. The computing device communicates the oversized imagery to the HMDD.

摘要: This document describes techniques and systems that enable an input-mode notification for a multi-input mode. A radar field enables an electronic device to accurately determine the presence or absence of a user near the electronic device. Further, the electronic device can determine whether an application that can receive input through radar-based gestures is operating on the electronic device. Using these techniques, the electronic device can present an input-mode notification on a display of the electronic device when the user is near to alert the user that radar gesture input is available for interacting with the electronic device. This allows the device to provide the user with feedback that can educate the user about what the electronic device is capable of, and allows the user to take advantage of the additional functionality and features provided by the availability of the radar gestures.
