摘要： The present invention provides a vessel used for a centrifuge, a centrifugation method using same, and a method for stromal vascular fraction (SVF) isolation using same. In particular, the centrifuge vessel according to the present invention has a rotatable body unit (300) provided with a side accommodation part (310) which is on the side thereof and formed by extending at least a part thereof radially outwards and on which is positioned a plate (150) having a radial end positioned therein. As a result, the present invention substantially eliminates a stirring effect, has high isolation efficiency, and obtains a superior SVF yield.
