    摘要: The present invention provides a vessel used for a centrifuge, a centrifugation method using same, and a method for stromal vascular fraction (SVF) isolation using same. In particular, the centrifuge vessel according to the present invention has a rotatable body unit (300) provided with a side accommodation part (310) which is on the side thereof and formed by extending at least a part thereof radially outwards and on which is positioned a plate (150) having a radial end positioned therein. As a result, the present invention substantially eliminates a stirring effect, has high isolation efficiency, and obtains a superior SVF yield.

    摘要: A method is described of mixing fluid materials, including solids and gases. The materials to be mixed are introduced between two cylindrical rotors mounted in parallel on a motorized shaft. The rotors have arrays of cavities on their cylindrical surfaces and rotate within close proximity to the interior of a cylindrical shell. Passage of the fluid between the rotating rotors and the interior surface of the cylindrical shell causes cavitation, which mixes the materials. The mixture is passed to outlets on the far sides of the rotors from the inlet. Apparatus is described for extending the flow path of the materials and thus increasing exposure to the cavitation process.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for aerating wine or spirits to reduce the astringency, or bitterness of wine or spirits. Astringency is often a result of tannins in wine or spirits, particularly noticeable in full bodied red wines. Aeration causes oxygen to dissolve in wine or spirits where it will oxidize tannin compounds, thereby reducing the astringent flavor. The method employs an apparatus wherein a hand held unit having a battery, switch or button, electrical wiring and electric motor cause rotation of a drive-shaft and aeration head. The aeration head is immersed in wine or spirits, the switch activated causing rotation of the aeration head creating a plurality of fine air bubbles resulting in large wine or spirit to air surface area simultaneous with stirring to ensure uniform oxygenation and aeration of wine or spirits throughout the container. The process may be extended until the desired reduction in astringency is achieved.

    摘要: A kneading segment includes plural wing portions integrally formed along an axis such that angles, around the axis, of the plural wing portions are shifted. At a part of a leading end of each wing portion where a wing leading end surface and a wing surface connect with each other, a first flow surface facilitates flow of material between the wing leading end surface and the wing surface. At a part of a base end of each wing portion where a wing surface and a wing side surface of another wing portion adjacent to each wing portion connect with each other, a second flow surface facilitates flow of material between the wing surface and the wing side surface. Since such a configuration prevents material from staying between parallel kneading segments, impurities are prevented and will not mix into normally kneaded material.
