Abstract: The present application discloses a processing method, device, terminal and apparatus for partial bandwidth deactivation timer, including: receiving an instruction related to the uplink transmission sent by the network side; starting or restarting the partial bandwidth deactivation timer according to the received instruction. The present application clarifies the specific working mechanism of the partial bandwidth deactivation timer, so that the terminal and the base station can perform signaling and data transmission on the correct resources, thereby avoiding signaling and data transmission errors and resource waste.

Abstract: A method and system for sending and receiving data, for use in solving the problem that an RLC layer may process a data packet in a whole only when a transmission time arrives, which renders a long processing time in the entire process. In embodiments of the present invention, received PDCP PDUs are combined into RLC PDUs and are allocated with corresponding RLC SNs, wherein each RLC PDU corresponds to an RLC SN, and each RLC PDU comprises at least one PDCP PDU; data corresponding to scheduling resources is generated according to the generated RLC PDUs; the data corresponding to the scheduling resources is combined into an MAC PDU for data receiving. The solution in the embodiments of the present invention may shorten the length of time in layer-2 data packet processing.

Abstract: A data retransmission method and device are provided to resolve a problem of lacking in a retransmission scheme supporting retransmission via different connections in the prior art. In one embodiment of the invention, the method comprises: upon determining that a transmission node corresponding to a terminal satisfies a multi-transmission node retransmission criterion, selecting, by a target protocol layer in a transmitting device and responsible for managing transmission via multiple transmission nodes, and for a retransmission data packet corresponding to the terminal, at least one transmission node; and performing, via the selected transmission node, data packet retransmission. The embodiment is employed to select, upon determining that a transmission node corresponding to a terminal satisfies the multi-transmission node retransmission criterion, and for a retransmission data packet corresponding to the terminal, at least one transmission node, thereby implementing retransmission via different connects, further increasing reliability and throughput of transmission in a system.
