    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application are for use in solving the problem of high probability of collisions occurring among existing node devices. Disclosed are a method and device for information submission and resource allocation in the V2X system. The resource allocation method comprises: a network side device assigns a subframe resource to a node device just accessing a cell and notifies the node device just accessing the cell of the assigned subframe resource; for node devices already accessing the cell, the network side device determines colliding node devices, reassigns subframe resources to the colliding node devices, and respectively notifies the colliding node devices of the reassigned subframe resources. Because employed is a solution in which resources are scheduled collectively by a network side device for node devices accessing a cell, in addition to ensuring time-division multiplexing of resources among a node device and other node devices having needs for communication in the surrounding, thus increasing system capacity, timely and effective solution of resource collisions among colliding node devices is also allowed, thus increasing the performance of communication among system node devices.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an interference reporting and resource adjustment method and apparatus, the method comprising: a node reporting, when determining that there is interference, interference indication information to a base station, wherein the interference indication information comprises: an interfered resource, and a signal to interference and noise ratio; after receiving the interference indication information, the base station determining, when it is determined that there is interference according to the signal to interference and noise ratio, the other nodes using the interfered resource; and adjusting a resource used by the other nodes, so as to avoid interference. By means of the present invention, resource collision can be reduced, so that the resource adjustment efficiency of a communication system is improved, and the requirements for applications with characteristics of low time delay and high reliability can be met.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sending and broadcasting resource information, the method comprising: determining a resource used by a second-type node and a resource used by a first-type node, and determining the first-type node receiving a resource coordination message, wherein the first-type node is a node located within a base station signal coverage range, and the second-type node is a node located outside of the base station signal coverage range; and sending the resource coordination message to the determined first-type node, and instructing the first-type node to broadcast the contents of the resource coordination message, wherein the resource coordination message carries resource information about the first-type node and the second-type node. By means of the present application, resource continuity in the process of a node moving on a network coverage edge is guaranteed, resource collision is reduced, and the utilization rate of system resources is improved.
