Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sending and broadcasting resource information, the method comprising: determining a resource used by a second-type node and a resource used by a first-type node, and determining the first-type node receiving a resource coordination message, wherein the first-type node is a node located within a base station signal coverage range, and the second-type node is a node located outside of the base station signal coverage range; and sending the resource coordination message to the determined first-type node, and instructing the first-type node to broadcast the contents of the resource coordination message, wherein the resource coordination message carries resource information about the first-type node and the second-type node. By means of the present application, resource continuity in the process of a node moving on a network coverage edge is guaranteed, resource collision is reduced, and the utilization rate of system resources is improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a resource allocation method and apparatus for resolving a technical issue of a conflict of transmission resources used by user equipment adopting mode 3 and user equipment adopting mode 4. The method comprises: a base station determining whether a shared transmission resource pool shared by first-mode user equipment and second-mode user equipment includes available resources, wherein a transmission resource of the first-mode user equipment is allocated by the base station, and a transmission resource of the second-mode user equipment is selected from the shared transmission resource pool; and if the base station determines that the shared transmission resource pool includes available resources, the base station allocating, on the basis of the available resources, a transmission resource to the first-mode user equipment.

Abstract: Disclosed are a resource selection method and apparatus under multiple carriers, a computer device and a storage medium. The resource selection method comprises: determining at least one candidate carrier according to a resource occupancy exclusion result on each carrier; setting a resource on the candidate carrier to be available, performing exclusion according to a sensing result and obtaining a set of available resources; selecting a transmission resource from the set of available resources, and setting a semi-persistent scheduling counter for resource scheduling. The present application provides a resource selection solution reducing half-duplex influence as far as possible, and reducing the impact due to loss of receiving opportunities and the number of skip subframes, and also avoids the problem of too severe power allocation caused by simultaneous transmission with multiple service packets.

By means of the present invention, resource collision can be reduced, so that the resource adjustment efficiency of a communication system is improved, and the requirements for applications with characteristics of low time delay and high reliability can be met.
