Abstract: Disclosed is an underground coal preparation process adopting a water medium, comprising: feeding raw coal into a special underground compact jigging machine to discharge overflow clean coal being dewatered through a φ1 mm fixed screen and screened through a φ13 mm classifying screen, and dewatering powder clean coal with a particle size less than 13 mm to obtain powder clean coal and a centrifugate; grading jigging middling coal by means of a φ13 mm classifying screen into block middling coal and powder middling coal, and dewatering the powder middling coal to obtain powder middling coal and a centrifugal liquid; and sending produced coal slime water to a water medium classifying and separation cyclone, and the obtained coarse middling coal slime and coarse clean coal slime respectively passing through a coarse middling and clean coal slime sieve bends, and then being dewatered.

Abstract: A flotation process for treating coal slime in which coal slime, a collecting agent and a frothing agent are fed into an ore slurry pretreater, and salt-containing waste water of coal chemical industry discharged from a coal chemical enterprise is fed as dilution water into the ore slurry pretreater and mixed together to complete mineralization; the mineralized ore slurry is subjected to a rough separation operation, the products obtained in the rough separation operation are subjected to a fine separation operation, and the ash content of the fine separation tailings is tested with an ash analyzer; the tailings are returned into the ore slurry pretreater for separation again if the ash content of the fine separation tailings is greater than 20%; otherwise the tailings are discharged as fine separation tailing products if the ash content of the fine separation tailings is smaller than 20%; the fine separation tailing products discharged through a pipeline enter into a pressure filter for dehydration, and filter cakes are discharged as a finally accepted concentrate product after the dehydration in the pressure filter.

Abstract: Disclosed is high-ash fine coal slime separation equipment and method, applicable to the field of coal washing. The high-ash fine coal slime separation equipment includes a feeding system (1), a mineralization system (2), a separation system (3) and a pulsating water flow control system (4). A coal slime mineralization region is isolated from a separation region; and a damping block and a pulsating water flow device are arranged in a mineral separation system. A flotation feeding is fed into the feeding system (1), slurry mixing operation is completed, coal slime enters the mineralization system after pulp mixing to generate turbulent collision to form mineralized bubbles, the mineralized bubbles enters the separation system (3) after passing through a turbulent-flow dissipation pipe (12), and meanwhile, pulsating water flow with a certain frequency and waveform is fed into the separation system (3) by the pulsating water flow control system (4).

Abstract: A wide-size-fraction flotation system and process includes feeding coal slime to be floated into a stirrer, adding water to the floating coal slime in the stirrer, stirring, then feeding same into a grading cyclone through a first feeding pump for pre-grading; after grading of the coal slime in the grading cyclone, feeding overflow in the grading cyclone into a flotation column through a second feeding pump for flotation, discharging flotation tailings through an underflow port of the flotation column, collecting flotation concentrates through an overflow port of the flotation column and feeding same into a bubble generator through a fourth feeding pump, and the flotation concentrates passing through the bubble generator and being fed from the bottom of a hydraulic flotation machine; and feeding underflow in the grading cyclone into the hydraulic flotation machine through a third feeding pump, for flotation and recovery.

Abstract: Disclosed is an underground coal preparation process adopting a water medium, comprising: feeding exploited raw coal into a Φ25 mm raw coal classifying screen for screening; performing dry coal preparation on a classifying screen oversize product with a particle size greater than 25 mm and feeding a classifying screen undersize product with a particle size less than 25 mm into a special underground compact jigging machine for sorting to obtain jigging machine overflow clean coal, jigging middling coal and jigging gangue; screening and dewatering the jigging machine overflow clean coal to obtain a clean coal product, and screening and dewatering the jigging middling coal to obtain a middling coal product, sorting slime water to be sorted and generated during sorting to obtain coarse clean coal slime and coarse middling coal slime, and performing circulating water treatment on a final liquid.

Abstract: An experimental method for coal desulfurization and deashing using permeation and solvating power of a supercritical fluid includes the following steps. The coal sample is ground and loaded into an extraction kettle with a cover. An inlet valve and an outlet valve of the extraction kettle are opened to circulate the supercritical CO2 fluid in the extraction kettle. The extraction kettle is sealed. By adjusting a temperature and a pressure in the extraction kettle, the supercritical CO2 fluid is kept at its critical point and permeates the coal sample to dissolve organic sulfur, inorganic sulfur and ash in the coal sample. The extraction kettle is depressurized, and the temperature in the extraction kettle is adjusted to gasify the supercritical CO2 fluid. The organic sulfur, the inorganic sulfur and part of the ash are separated from the supercritical CO2 fluid and precipitated at a bottom of the extraction kettle.
