    Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes: facilitating an online conference session between a plurality of client devices connected to a meeting server; storing information related to one or more backup client devices, the one or more backup client devices corresponding to client devices that accepted to share their computing resources, and the information comprising, for each of the one or more backup client devices a network address and an amount of available computing resources; receiving, from a client device connected to the meeting server, a request to identify a backup client device operative to process data in place of the client device; and, in response to the request, using the stored information to identify at least one backup client device from the one or more backup client devices, the at least one backup client device having sufficient computing resources available to process the data.

    Abstract: Controlling aggregation of shared content from multiple presenters during an online conference session includes, at a server having network connectivity, at a server having network connectivity, identifying a master presenter at an endpoint among a plurality of endpoints participating in an online conference session in which at least one of the plurality of endpoints is sharing content with other participants among the plurality of participants at their respective endpoints. One or more assistant presenters are determined among the plurality of participants at their respective endpoints. A master user interface is generated to serve as the user interface on the endpoint of the master presenter and a command is received, via the master user interface, to designate a layout.     Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for securing a meeting in a physical conference room with multiple meetings scheduled therein. A list of scheduled meetings for the physical conference room is received from a videoconference server that is configured to host a multi-endpoint conference meeting between a local endpoint associated with the physical conference room and at least one remote endpoint. A first meeting within the list of scheduled meetings is designated as a locked meeting. The list of scheduled meetings that do not have the locked designation associated with the physical conference room for display are displayed, whereas for the first meeting, display of meeting information is suppressed. The presence of a device associated with an entity invited to the first meeting is detected, and at least one resource in the physical conference room is unlocked for use in the first meeting when a received meeting identifier is verified.
