    Abstract: Disclosed is a coaxiality detecting tool composed of a hexagon flange nut, a measuring column and a detection sleeve. When the coaxiality detecting tool is used, a cone of the measuring column is matched with a cone hole of a detected workpiece, the hexagon flange nut is matched with a threaded column of the measuring column, and the measuring column is fixed on the workpiece; an inner hole of the detection sleeve is matched with a detection column, the conical surface of the detection sleeve is in contact with the orifice of a ΦE hole in the workpiece, whether the whole conical surface is in uniform contact with the orifice of the ΦE hole is observed, and if in uniform contact, the detected coaxiality is qualified, otherwise, the detected coaxiality is unqualified.

    Abstract: The application discloses a multi-station wheel burr removing device, includes lifting translation systems, a clamping drive system and grinding systems. In practical use, the four V-shaped rollers clamp a wheel, a sixth servo motor and the first electric servo cylinder respectively adjusts the angle and the position of the rolling brush, and when the rolling brush contacts the edge of a wheel flange, burrs can be removed; the fifth servo motor and the sixth servo motor respectively adjusts the position and the angle of the lower grinding head, and when the lower grinding head contacts a wheel valve hole, burrs below can be removed; the third servo motor and the second electric servo cylinder respectively adjusts the angle and the position of the upper grinding head, when the upper grinding head contacts the wheel valve hole, burrs can be removed.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an exchanging double-station wheel burr removing device, comprising an exchange system, a left burr brushing system, clamping drive systems, a right burr brushing system. In practical use, the four V-shaped rollers lamp a wheel, the first servo motor drives the clamped wheel to rotate, and simultaneously, clamping drive system enables a right wheel to rotate; the drive motor drives the round brush and the outer ring brush to rotate; the first cylinders drive the rotating brushes to ascend, and the brushes in contact with the back cavity of the wheel can remove burrs; the first and second servo electric cylinder can drive the large brush to move, when the large brush are in contact with roots and corners of wheel flanges and rims, it can remove burrs; and the second servo motor can exchange the left burr brushing system with the right burr brushing system.

    Abstract: The application discloses an improved wheel cleaning device, comprising a lifting system, a brush system, a clamping rotating system, a turnover system and an ejection system. When the device is used, a cylinder II drives a left sliding plate to synchronously clamp a wheel, and a servo motor II drives the wheel to rotate; a servo motor I drives a horizontal brush to rotate, cylinders I drive the rotating horizontal brush and vertical brush to ascend, and when the horizontal brush contacts a wheel flange, base powder which is redundant during spraying therein can be removed; an electric servo cylinder drives the vertical brush to move right, and when the vertical brush contacts a center hole of the wheel, base powder which is redundant during spraying sprayed therein can be removed; after the base powder is removed, a servo motor III drives the clamped wheel to turn over 180 degrees.
