摘要: A positioning clamp for spray-coating of a wheel trim ring includes a lower base plate, a circular bracket, an upper base plate, a plurality of guide rods, a plurality of sliding support parts and a distance adjusting mechanism. The distance adjusting mechanism is configured to drive the plurality of sliding support parts to approach a central position along the guide rods and to move away from the central position along the guide rods. According to the positioning clamp for spray-coating of the wheel trim ring, the position of each sliding support part can be adjusted to adapt to wheel trim rings of different sizes. Therefore, the positioning clamp for spray-coating of the wheel trim ring can replace a large number of positioning clamps of different sizes, and has the advantages of being simple in structure, stable and reliable in positioning, low in manufacturing cost and the like.

摘要: A wheel fixture is disclosed. A main shaft drives a first positioning pull rod on a chuck body to extend and contract in the radial direction via a tightening screw, a clamping jaw is at a position within the travel range of extension and contraction, a wheel is positioned and clamped by the fixture, airtight support blocks are pressed down by the wheel and flush with the support plane of the clamping jaw, at this time, airtight ejector rods press second O rings to prevent air from flowing out of the airtight detection position, a detection system of a machine tool detects a preset air pressure value which indicate that the wheel has been placed correctly, and if the wheel is not placed correctly on the fixture, the machine tool will alarm through the detected pressure feedback.

After a wheel is roughly positioned, an electric cylinder drives a moving plate to descend to an appropriate position, an adjusting cylinder drives a right sliding table to move right, a left sliding table moves synchronously with right sliding table under the action of a second gear rack, thus the distance between a precision positioning post on left sliding table and a precision positioning post on right sliding table is adjusted, and precision positioning posts contact vertical surface of cap seam allowance of wheel and hold the wheel tightly. The adjusting cylinder is restarted, and outer rim fillets can be dressed when the distance between two dressing cutters is adjusted to an appropriate position and under the cooperation of rotating wheel.

摘要: A milling fixture for forged wheel includes a connecting plate installed on a milling machine table, a linear bearing installed on the connecting plate, a small diameter end of a positioning rod penetrates through a spring and a linear bearing, and a limiting screw installed on a side wall of the linear bearing and connected with the positioning rod.
