摘要: A processing circuit is provided which includes at least an integrator circuit which uses a reference voltage set to have a predetermined magnitude as an operation reference and which integrates a detection signal so as to convert the detection signal into a voltage waveform and a base voltage adjustment circuit which is connected between an input terminal and an output terminal of the integrator circuit and which adjusts the magnitude of a base voltage that is a potential when the detection signal in an output signal output from the integrator circuit is not present. As another form, a processing circuit can be adopted which includes at least one or more amplifier circuits which amplify an output signal from an integrator circuit and a base voltage adjustment circuit which is connected between a supply portion of a reference voltage fed to the amplifier circuit and an input terminal of at least one of the amplifier circuits and which adjusts the magnitude of a base voltage that is a potential when a detection signal in an output signal output from the amplifier circuit is not present.

摘要: A pressure detecting device that detects the combustion pressure in an internal combustion engine includes: a piezoelectric element that outputs a charge signal corresponding to the pressure in a combustion chamber; and a mounting board on which are mounted an integrating circuit that integrates the charge signal outputted by the piezoelectric element and an amplifier circuit that amplifies a voltage signal obtained by integration. On the mounting board are provided: a power receiving terminal that receives a power-supply voltage from a controller; an output terminal that outputs an output signal after amplification to the controller; and a grounding terminal for making the ground of the controller and the mounting board common. Furthermore, in the mounting board, the grounding terminal and grounding ends of the integrating circuit and the amplifier circuit are connected by way of grounding ferrite beads.

摘要: An in-cylinder pressure detecting apparatus for detecting a pressure in a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine is provided. The in-cylinder pressure detecting apparatus comprises a pressure detecting element mounted on a tip-portion of a fuel injection device which injects fuel into the combustion chamber, and an amplifying circuit unit having an amplifying circuit which amplifies a signal output from the pressure detecting element and outputs a pressure detection signal. An in-cylinder pressure detecting unit integrated fuel injection device is configured by integrating an in-cylinder pressure detecting unit with the fuel injection device. The in-cylinder pressure detecting unit includes the pressure detecting element, the amplifying circuit unit, and a connecting member connecting the pressure detecting element with the amplifying circuit unit. The in-cylinder pressure detecting unit integrated fuel injection device is mounted on the internal combustion engine.

摘要: In piezoelectric sensors, conventional amplification factor adjustment methods involving the cutting of a wiring pattern or use of a laser trimmable resistor are unable to adjust the amplification factor when the sensor is in a completed state. As a result, the production process becomes complex and production costs increase. Further, because the amplification factor adjustment is carried out in a different state from that of the finished product, the problem that the amplification factor is not set correctly in the finished product also occurs. A non-volatile memory is incorporated in an integrated circuit in which there are integrated piezoelectric sensor circuit elements. The amplification factor is adjusted by writing data from a writing terminal to change an amplification resistor a.
