摘要: An ultrasound transducer interface pad includes a first substrate layer having a first surface and a second surface. A hydrophilic layer is formed on the first surface of the first substrate, wherein the hydrophilic layer is configured to be hydrated to provide an acoustic coupling between the ultrasound transducer and a patient. The interface pad further includes a second substrate layer having a third surface and a fourth surface. A first adhesive layer is formed on the third surface of the second substrate and configured to adhere to the second surface of the first substrate layer and a second adhesive layer is formed on the fourth surface of the second substrate and configured to adhere to one of: an operational portion of an ultrasound transducer or a patient.
