    Abstract: An electromagnetic valve includes a valve casing, which has a valve hole, a spool valve in the valve hole, first and second output ports each communicating with the valve hole, first and second pressure introduction holes, which respectively communicate with the first and second output ports, first and second pressure sensors, which is respectively fitted in the first and second pressure introduction holes, sealing members, which are arranged between the respective pressure sensors and the pressure introduction holes, first and second substrates, on which the corresponding first and second pressure sensors are mounted, and a housing, which accommodates the first and second substrates, has the first and second pressure introduction holes, and is attached to the valve casing. The first and second substrates are arranged to be opposed to each other in a state of being upright in a direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the spool valve.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic valve manifold includes valve assemblies arranged in a single direction, each valve assembly including electromagnetic valves arranged in the single direction, a slave station disposed at one of ends of the electromagnetic valve manifold in the single direction, and a valve driving unit disposed in correspondence with each of the valve assemblies. The slave station includes a slave station output port that sends a control signal and valve driving unit power to the valve driving units. The valve driving units each include an electromagnetic valve power input port that receives electromagnetic valve power from an external device and a circuit board configured to control driving of the electromagnetic valves of a corresponding one of the valve assemblies using the control signal and send the electromagnetic valve power to the electromagnetic valves.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic valve manifold includes an electromagnetic valve including an output port, a manifold base including an output passage, and a spacer arranged between the manifold base and the electromagnetic valve. The spacer includes a spacer block including a shaft hole and a manual shaft accommodated in the shaft hole. The spacer block includes an output connecting passage that is connected to the shaft hole and connects the output passage and the output port to each other. The manual shaft is configured to be manually operated to be switched between a first switching position, in which the manual shaft allows for connection between the output passage and the output port through the output connecting passage, and a second switching position, in which the manual shaft blocks the connection between the output passage and the output port through the output connecting passage.

The first outer leg has a first outer attraction surface configured to attract the plunger. The second outer leg has a second outer attraction surface configured to attract the plunger.     Abstract: An electromagnetic valve manifold includes spacers and pressure reducing valves. Each spacer includes an attachment surface to which a body of the pressure reducing valve is attached. The body includes a first surface, a second surface, and a connecting surface, which connects the first and second surfaces to each other. A pressure gauge is provided on the connecting surface. The width of the body is smaller than the size of the pressure gauge in the width direction of the body. The bodies include one or more first bodies and one or more second bodies. The first surface of each first body is attached to the attachment surface. The second surface of each second body is attached to the attachment surface of one of the spacers different from the spacer to which the first body is attached. The first bodies and the second bodies are arranged alternately in the arrangement direction.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic valve manifold includes an electromagnetic valve including a discharge port, a manifold base including a discharge passage that is connected to the discharge port, and a check valve. The check valve includes a valve member, a valve housing including a valve seat, and an urging member. The valve housing includes a valve chamber that accommodates the valve member, a peripheral wall that defines the valve chamber, a valve hole that connects the valve chamber to the discharge port, and a discharge opening that connects the valve chamber to the discharge passage. The check valve is disposed in the discharge passage. The discharge opening is formed in the peripheral wall, at least a part of the discharge opening overlapping with the valve seat in a direction orthogonal to a moving direction of the valve member.

    Abstract: A solenoid unit of an electromagnetic valve includes a coil, a bobbin, a fixed iron core, a movable iron core, an urging spring, a magnetic frame, and a molded plastic part. The magnetic frame includes a frame end wall, two frame arms, and an internal thread hole, to which the fixed iron core is threaded. A tubular projection protrudes from an end face of the frame end wall that is on a side opposite to the bobbin. The projection forms part of the internal thread hole. The molded plastic part includes a molded end wall, which covers the frame end wall, and a molded peripheral wall. The molded end wall includes a connecting hole that is continuous with the internal thread hole. The connecting hole includes a groove in an inner circumferential surface. The groove extends along an outer circumferential surface of the projection.

    Abstract: Passage forming blocks of a first pilot valve and a second pilot valve each include a supply passage, which opens in a first surface and a second surface and is connected to a valve chamber, a first output passage, which opens in the first surface and are connected to the valve chamber, and a second output passage, which opens in the first surface. Further, the passage forming blocks each include an output passage connecting recess. The output passage connecting recess is provided in a section of the second surface that overlaps with an opening region of the first output passage, which opens in the first surface, and is connected to the second output passage. The first output passage of the first pilot valve is connected to the second output passage of the second pilot valve via the output passage connecting recess of the second pilot valve.
