Abstract: A winding device includes a first unwinding apparatus, configured to output a first electrode plate; a first cutting apparatus, disposed downstream of the first unwinding apparatus, and configured to cut the first electrode plate into a first part and a second part along a length direction of the first electrode plate; and a winding apparatus, disposed downstream of the first cutting apparatus, and including a first winding portion and a second winding portion capable of simultaneous winding movement. The first winding portion is configured to wind the first part of the first electrode plate to form a first electrode assembly.
