摘要: A winding and unwinding system for electrode plate includes a winding and unwinding box, a cooling unit, and a control unit. The winding and unwinding box includes a box body and a box door jointly defining a box space, an electrode plate discharge port provided on a side of the box body, a rotating shaft provided in the middle of the box space, an electrode plate cylinder connected to and driven by the rotating shaft, a first temperature sensor monitoring temperature of the electrode plate, a first gas detector monitoring oxygen concentration inside the winding and unwinding box, gas inlet and outlets located at bottom and top of the box body, respectively. The cooling unit communicates with the gas inlet. The control unit controls the cooling unit to regulate the temperature of the electrode plate and the oxygen concentration inside the winding and unwinding box.

The compounding mechanism is used for sequentially laminating and compounding the first separator, the first electrode plate, and the second separator into a first electrode plate complex. The manufacturing device further comprises a second electrode plate feeding mechanism for conveying a second electrode plate having opposite polarity than the first electrode plate, and a winding mechanism provided downstream the compounding mechanism and the second electrode plate feeding mechanism and used for winding the first electrode plate complex and the second electrode plate to form an electrode assembly.

摘要: A cell winding device and method are disclosed. The cell winding device includes a first cutting unit, a first connection unit, a winding unit, and a second cutting unit. The first cutting unit is configured to perform cutting on an electrode sheet. The first connection unit is adjacent to the first cutting unit, and configured to connect, through a connection tape, adjacent electrode sheets that have been subject to the cutting. The winding unit is configured to perform winding on the adjacent electrode sheets connected through the connection tape and drive, in response to completion of the winding, the electrode sheets that are wound to move, in such a manner that the connection tape corresponds to the second cutting unit. The second cutting unit is configured to perform cutting on the connection tape. A winding efficiency for a battery cell is improved.
