Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the field of vehicle technologies, and specifically, to a vehicle frame and a vehicle. The vehicle frame includes longitudinal rails and a steering gear; the steering gear includes a shell and a steering rod slidably disposed in the shell; two ends of the shell are fixedly connected to the longitudinal rails respectively; and two ends of the steering rod respectively protrude out of the longitudinal rails, so as to be movably connected to wheels, and the steering rod drives the wheels to steer when the steering rod slides. In this way, the vehicle frame provided in the embodiments of this application is able to guarantee the torsional mode and stiffness of the whole vehicle while achieving light-weighting of the body.
