Abstract: An embodiment of the present application provides a battery cell, a battery, a power consumption device, and a battery cell manufacturing method and device, which belong to the field of battery technologies. The battery cell includes an adapting member, the adapting member includes a first connection portion for connecting an electrode terminal and a second connection portion for connecting an electrode assembly, the first connection portion and the second connection portion are dividedly set and connected to each other, and the first connection portion is in a multilayer structure and includes multiple layers of conductive sheets provided in a stacking manner, the second connection portion is in a single-layer structure, and a minimum thickness of the first connection portion is greater than a maximum thickness of the second connection portion.
