Abstract: A temperature detecting device is provided, which includes a housing, a temperature sensor and a fixed part. A battery pack is further provided, which includes two or more battery cells, a heat exchange tube, and the temperature detecting device. The temperature detecting device is fixed to an outer surface of the heat exchange tube, and a temperature detecting surface of the temperature detecting device is fitted to the outer surface of the heat exchange tube.
