    摘要: A battery module is provided including a battery unit that includes a battery top cover; a temperature measurement unit, including a temperature collection element to collect temperature of the battery top cover; a harness plate, arranged on the battery top cover and including a harness plate body and a limiting structure arranged on the harness plate body, wherein the limiting structure is matched with the temperature measurement unit; a circuit board, arranged on the harness plate and including a circuit board body and an extending strip arranged on the circuit board body, wherein the temperature collection element is connected with the extending strip; and an electrical connecting sheet arranged on the harness plate to connect different battery units, wherein the temperature measurement unit is arranged between the electrical connecting sheet and the battery top cover, and the electrical connecting sheet exerts pressure onto the temperature measurement unit.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a water cooling assembly, a battery pack, and a device in order to solve the technical problem of low cooling efficiency of a cooling assembly of a battery pack. The water cooling assembly is configured to cool a cell, and includes: a body portion having a cooling channel for receiving a coolant; a first connecting portion connected to the body portion and having a communication cavity for introducing or draining the coolant; and a second connecting portion arranged between the body portion and the first connecting portion and having an inner cavity for communicating the cooling channel with the communication cavity. An end face of the inner cavity close to the cooling channel has a cross-sectional area greater than that of an end face of the communication cavity close to the inner cavity.

    摘要: A battery pack and an electric apparatus are disclosed. The battery pack includes a cell dummy and multiple battery cells, a housing, a mounting beam, and a support beam. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells are all disposed in the accommodating cavity. The mounting beam is disposed in a length direction of the accommodating cavity and defines, together with the accommodating cavity, a mounting space for accommodating the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells. The support beam is disposed in a width direction of the accommodating cavity and is mounted in a manner of fitting with the cell dummy. The cell dummy being provided with the support beam perpendicular to the mounting beam can enhance structural strength of the battery pack in the width direction of the accommodating cavity.

    摘要: A temperature sensor is described. The temperature sensor includes a body, provided with a channel for heat-exchanging liquid flowing at an interior of the body; and a sensing assembly, arranged on the body and including a temperature sensing member and a sensing casing, in which one end of the sensing casing is opened, a cavity is formed inside the sensing casing, the sensing casing is mounted on the body, a closing end of the sensing casing extends into the channel, the temperature sensing member is arranged in the cavity to sense the temperature of the heat-exchanging liquid through the sensing casing, and a thermal conductivity of the sensing casing is larger than a thermal conductivity of the body. By using the material with a higher thermal conductivity in the sensing casing, the temperature conduction speed can be accelerated, and the detecting result of the temperature sensor can be more accurate.
