摘要: The present application provides a battery pack and a spraying system thereof. The spraying system comprises: a spraying pipeline configured to circulate a fire-fighting fluid circulation, the spraying pipeline being capable of forming an opening after being heated; and a first gas storage portion configured to store a compressed gas, where the compressed gas in the first gas storage portion is capable of driving the fire-fighting fluid in the spraying pipeline to be discharged under the action of gas pressure. In the present application, the gas pressure of the compressed gas in the first gas storage portion can provide the power for discharging the fire-fighting fluid from the opening of the spraying pipeline, such that the fire-fighting fluid can be continuously discharged from the spraying pipeline, and there is a large flow rate in the discharging process, so as to ensure that the spraying system has a good spraying effect.

And the partition member is configured to move toward the fluid outlet under the action of compressed gas in the gas storage portion.

The battery includes: a plurality of battery cells arranged along a first direction and a thermal management component extending along the first direction and being connected to a first wall of each battery cell among the plurality of battery cells, the thermal management component including a pair of heat conducting plates that are oppositely arranged along a second direction and a flow passage located between the pair of heat conducting plates, the flow passage being configured to accommodate a fluid to adjust temperatures of the battery cell, and the second direction being vertical to the first wall, where in the second direction, a thickness D of the heat conducting plate and a size H of the flow passage satisfy: 0.01≤D/H≤25. Technical solutions of embodiments of the present application could enhance performance of batteries.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a water cooling assembly, a battery pack, and a device in order to solve the technical problem of low cooling efficiency of a cooling assembly of a battery pack. The water cooling assembly is configured to cool a cell, and includes: a body portion having a cooling channel for receiving a coolant; a first connecting portion connected to the body portion and having a communication cavity for introducing or draining the coolant; and a second connecting portion arranged between the body portion and the first connecting portion and having an inner cavity for communicating the cooling channel with the communication cavity. An end face of the inner cavity close to the cooling channel has a cross-sectional area greater than that of an end face of the communication cavity close to the inner cavity.

摘要: A battery pack and an electric apparatus are disclosed. The battery pack includes a cell dummy and multiple battery cells, a housing, a mounting beam, and a support beam. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells are all disposed in the accommodating cavity. The mounting beam is disposed in a length direction of the accommodating cavity and defines, together with the accommodating cavity, a mounting space for accommodating the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells. The support beam is disposed in a width direction of the accommodating cavity and is mounted in a manner of fitting with the cell dummy. The cell dummy being provided with the support beam perpendicular to the mounting beam can enhance structural strength of the battery pack in the width direction of the accommodating cavity.

By using the material with a higher thermal conductivity in the sensing casing, the temperature conduction speed can be accelerated, and the detecting result of the temperature sensor can be more accurate.

摘要: A battery box, a battery, an electric device, and a method and device for manufacturing battery are provided. The battery box includes a support member and an expansion member. The expansion member presses the support member so that the volumetric capacity of an accommodating space for accommodating binder between the support member and the battery cell changes. The volumetric capacity of the accommodating space can be adjusted. Therefore, under the condition that the accommodating space has a relatively large volumetric capacity, it is simple to inject an appropriate amount of binder; and after the binder is injected, the volumetric capacity of the accommodating space is reduced so that the binder spreads throughout the accommodating space. The foregoing box allows for binder injection reduction during battery assembly, thereby reducing the possibility of binder overflow, improving the safety performance of the battery, and also increasing the energy density of the battery.
