    Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for processing an electronic document. A method for processing an electronic document comprises receiving, from a user device, a fillable electronic document and a request for processing the fillable electronic document, using an authorization module to determine whether the received fillable electronic document can be processed, and uploading the received document by operating a first set of predefined processes based on an indicator attached to the received fillable electronic document. The method further comprises generating a complete electronic document based on a completion of the first set of predefined processes, operating a second set of processes on the generated complete electronic document, monitoring a first status of the first set of predefined processes and a second status of the second set of predefined processes, and providing the first monitored status and the second monitored status to the user device.

A method for managing an electronic document comprises preparing an interface for defining a property by defining metadata associated with the property and selecting a stored property, providing the interface to a first user device, receiving a definable property from the user device, preparing a template comprising the definable property. The method further comprises transmitting the prepared template to a second user device, receiving an updated template comprising data for the definable property from the second user device, and generating an electronic document comprising the updated template.

    Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for defining, inserting, and digitizing attachment data. A method defining, inserting, and digitizing attachment data comprises receiving, from a user device, a request for inserting an attachment to a first document, preparing an interface for defining an attribute, receiving the defined attribute, and preparing a data structure comprising a definable input corresponding to the received defined attribute.     Abstract: A computer-implemented system for optimizing cost of goods sold is configured to: receive supplier configuration data of a supplier associated with the at least one product, supplier configuration data being extracted from an agreement defining parameters associated with one or more tiers; receive an order history associated with the supplier; determine a current tier and current progress within the current tier based on the order history, the current tier being specified by the supplier configuration data; determine an additional quantity necessary to reach a next tier according to the supplier configuration data; determine one or more trade-off parameters affected by the additional quantity, the one or more trade-off parameters being determined by a computerized model simulating future customer demand; and transmit a request to initiate a new order for the additional quantity based on the one or more trade-off parameters.
