摘要： Provided herein are compounds, tautomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, having a structure of formula (I): wherein X1, Y, Z1, Z2, (R1)n, (R2)m, and ring A are as described herein. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds, tautomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts having a structure of formula (I). Further provided are a method of inhibiting cyclin dependent kinase 19 (CDK19) a method of treating breast cancer with the disclosed compounds.
