摘要： A computer system for receiving standard and expanded computer devices includes a chassis, a midplane, and an interposer. The chassis includes bays, each adapted to receive the standard computer device. The midplane includes connectors respectively aligned with the plurality of bays that connect the midplane to a standard computer device disposed within a bay. The standard and expanded computer devices are passed through the interposer, which includes a body defining slots respectively aligned with the bays. Each slot is sized to enable the standard computer device to pass through the slot. The slots includes first and second sets of adjacent slots. The interposer is configured to allow the expanded computer device to simultaneously pass through all slots of the first set of adjacent slots and prevent the expanded computer device, while positioned within the second set of adjacent slots, from fixedly engaging the chassis.

摘要： An instant messaging (IM) server provides post delivery instant message redirection when a first device having a first media access control (MAC) address is logged onto the IM server and subsequently a second device having a second media access control address logs onto the IM server. An instant message is transmitted to a recipient at the first MAC address. The second device is logged onto the IM server. The instant message is retransmitted to the second MAC address of the recipient before the notification that the recipient is typing in the chat window and before the notification that the chat window has been closed. The first device is automatically logged off in response to the second device being logged onto the IM server, and the instant message is not read on the first device before the first device is automatically logged off the IM server.

摘要： A method is described for post delivery instant message redirection when logged onto an IM system from a first device and subsequently logging onto the IM system from a second device, and the IM system logs off the first device. An instant message is transmitted from a sender to a recipient at a first MAC address of the recipient, such that the instant message has been delivered to the recipient. It is determined if the instant message is received by the recipient. The determination includes receiving notification that the recipient is typing in a chat window or notification that the chat window is closed. The instant message is retransmitted to a second MAC address of the recipient in response to receiving a change in the first MAC address to the second MAC address before notification that the recipient is typing in the chat window or the chat window is closed.
