摘要: In some implementations, a server may receive, from a first user device, a request to use an encrypted representation of a digital representation of a physical identifier (ID) associated with the user. Accordingly, the server may transmit, to a second user device, a prompt associated with validation of the request, and may receive, from the second user device, a response to the prompt. The server may validate the request using the response to the prompt. The server may transmit, to a first remote server, at least a first portion of the encrypted representation with a request to perform a first action associated with the user. The server may additionally transmit, to a second remote server, at least a second portion of the encrypted representation with a request to perform a second action associated with the user.

摘要: In some implementations, a front-end device may receive a physical identifier associated with the user. Accordingly, the front-end device may select a plurality of images, where each image corresponds to a unique integer of integers zero through nine. The front-end device may show, on a display, the plurality of images and receive audio that includes a sequence of words that describe a subset of the plurality of images. Accordingly, the front-end device may map the sequence of words to the subset of the plurality of images and determine a first sequence of numbers corresponding to the subset of the plurality of images. Therefore, the front-end device may authenticate the user based on the first sequence of numbers matching a second sequence of numbers associated with the user.

摘要: In some implementations, a user device may receive a set of words, for conversion to speech, including a plurality of subsets of the set of words, where each subset of the plurality of subsets is associated with one or more corresponding formatting properties. The user device may identify, within the set of words, a first subset of the plurality of subsets as relevant based on the one or more corresponding formatting properties associated with the first subset. Additionally, the user device may identify, within the set of words, a second subset of the plurality of subsets as not relevant based on the one or more corresponding formatting properties associated with the second subset. Accordingly, the user device may input the first subset to a text-to-speech algorithm.

摘要: In some implementations, a prediction and monitoring system may processing, using a machine learning model, account data associated with an account that is associated with a user of a user device to identify a series of recurring events associated with the user device. The prediction and monitoring system may generate, using the machine learning model, a predicted transaction date and a predicted transaction amount that are both associated with the series of recurring events. The prediction and monitoring system may select, based on additional account data associated with the account and at least one of the predicted transaction date or the predicted transaction amount, a particular communication scheme, of a plurality of communication schemes, for communicating with the user. The prediction and monitoring system may transmit at least one message according to the particular communication scheme to facilitate authentication of the user.

摘要: In some embodiments, a queue may be monitored to perform an automated adjustment related to a data item in the queue. In some embodiments, the data item may be associated with a product or service and include a code related to an access to the product or service. Based on the code, configuration information related to the product or service may be obtained. Based on a detected change related to the product or service, an indication of a set of self-support actions may be sent to a user device. One or more self-support actions (performed via the user device) may be determined, and an adjustment related to the access to the product or service may be performed based on the determined self-support actions. In some embodiments, the adjustment related to the access to the product or service may include modifying a configuration of the access to the product or service based on the determined self-support actions.

摘要: A rule-based reasoning system may receive first transaction-level data for a first transaction that indicates a first transaction amount of the first transaction and a first merchant associated with the first transaction. The system may determine first item-level data for the first transaction that indicates one or more line items associated with the first transaction. The system may infer second item-level data for a second transaction based on the first item-level data and based on: a determination that a second merchant, associated with the second transaction, matches the first merchant associated with the first transaction, and a determination that a second transaction amount, associated with the second transaction, matches the first transaction amount or satisfies a condition that is based on a calculation performed using the first transaction amount and the second transaction amount. The system may output an indication of the second item-level data associated with the second transaction.

摘要: A method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium are disclosed for recommending merchants. The method includes storing a first tip amount and a second tip amount corresponding to a first merchant and a second merchant, respectively. Then, categorizing the first tip amount and the second tip amount into a lower weighted category or higher weighted category. The method also includes generating, using a weighted model that includes machine learning logic: a first score for the first merchant based on the first tip amount and the category of the first tip amount; and a second score for the second merchant based on the second tip amount and the category of the second tip amount. Tip amounts in the higher weighted category carry more weight in generating scores than those in the lower weighted category. Then, either the first merchant or the second merchant is recommended based on the scores.
