Abstract: A magnetic suspension bearing device, a compressor and a method for adjusting catcher bearing gap. The magnetic suspension bearing device includes: a housing; a rotor in the housing; a magnetic bearing assembly between the housing and the rotor; a catcher bearing bracket mounted axially to an end of the housing, with a catcher bearing mounted at a radially inner side of the catcher bearing bracket; and a washer between the catcher bearing bracket and the end of the housing; wherein the washer includes a plurality of sub-washer portions, such that when the catcher bearing bracket is moved axially relative to the end of the housing to separate from the washer while still being supported by the end of the housing, the plurality of sub-washer portions can be radially removed and mounted.

Abstract: A sealing system for a magnetic levitating centrifugal compressor, the magnetic levitating centrifugal compressor including a motor cavity and a motor shaft disposed within the motor cavity, an end of the motor shaft extends out from the motor cavity and is mounted with an impeller, the sealing system includes: a seal which is sleeved on the outer side of the motor shaft and is disposed between the impeller and the motor cavity; a first magnet which is fixed at the outer surface of the motor shaft; and a second magnet which is fixed at a side of the seal facing the motor shaft; the first magnet and the second magnet form a radial repulsive force in the radial direction of the motor shaft, so that the seal can be levitated in relative to the motor shaft and move therewith.

Abstract: The present application provides a centrifugal compressor for a refrigeration system and a refrigeration system. The centrifugal compressor has a reverse braking function and comprises: a rotor shaft; a compressor impeller connected to the rotor shaft; a brake component on the rotor shaft, wherein a periphery of the brake component is made of magnetic conductive material; a plurality of sets of electromagnets fixedly arranged at radial outward of the brake component; a sensor device for sensing a rotational speed and direction of the rotor shaft; and a controller connected to the sensor device, wherein the controller receives signals from the sensor device and supplies power to the plurality of sets of electromagnets based on the signals. The centrifugal compressor and refrigeration system according to the various embodiments effectively suppress the reverse rotation of the compressor rotor shaft caused by the reverse airflow during unexpected shutdown.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a gas bearing for a centrifugal compressor, comprising a housing and a motor shaft located within the housing. The gas bearing comprises: a bearing housing, sleeved on an outer side of the motor shaft and fixed on the housing of the centrifugal compressor; an electromagnetic stator, fixed in or near the middle of the top of the bearing housing, and wound with a coil that can be powered; an electromagnetic rotor, fixed on an outer surface of the motor shaft and arranged circumferentially around the motor shaft; and a foil, located between the bearing housing and the motor shaft, and attached with a frication-resistant coating.
