    Abstract: A centrifugal compressor, including: a housing; a motor assembly disposed in the housing and a motor cavity and a motor shaft located in the motor cavity, the motor shaft having a first end and a second end extending from the motor cavity; a first impeller assembly located at the first end of the motor shaft and provided with a first labyrinth sealing mechanism; a second impeller assembly located at the second end of the motor shaft and provided with a second labyrinth sealing mechanism; a first gas bearing assembly provided between the motor cavity and the first impeller assembly; and a second gas bearing assembly provided between the motor cavity and the second impeller assembly; wherein the first labyrinth sealing mechanism is kept in gas communication with the first gas bearing assembly, and the second labyrinth sealing mechanism is kept in gas communication with the second gas bearing assembly.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to heat exchangers and heat exchange systems such heat exchangers. The heat exchangers include a shell having an inlet and an outlet and heat exchange tube bundles arranged therein. The shell includes a first region communicating with the inlet configured to accommodate the heat exchange tube bundles and a refrigerant input from the inlet. The refrigerant performs heat exchange with a fluid in the heat exchange tube bundles. A second region is arranged between the first region and the outlet and communicates with the first region and the outlet. A heating device is disposed in the second region. Embodiments may optimize spatial layout of the heat exchanger tube bundles, effectively improving the utilization of shell space of the heat exchanger the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger at the same material cost, and enhance the overall performance, safety and reliability of the system.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a gas bearing for a centrifugal compressor, comprising a housing and a motor shaft located within the housing. The gas bearing comprises: a bearing housing, sleeved on an outer side of the motor shaft and fixed on the housing of the centrifugal compressor; an electromagnetic stator, fixed in or near the middle of the top of the bearing housing, and wound with a coil that can be powered; an electromagnetic rotor, fixed on an outer surface of the motor shaft and arranged circumferentially around the motor shaft; and a foil, located between the bearing housing and the motor shaft, and attached with a frication-resistant coating. The present invention further proposes a centrifugal compressor configured with the gas bearing, and a refrigeration system equipped with the centrifugal compressor.

    Abstract: The refrigeration system comprises: a main flow path comprising a compressor, a condenser, a throttling device and an evaporator, wherein the compressor comprises at least a first compression stage and a second compression stage; and the refrigeration system further comprises: an ejector configured to eject low-pressure refrigerant from the evaporator by means of high-pressure refrigerant from the condenser and to mix them into medium-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant; and a separator configured to separate the medium-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant from the ejector into gas-phase refrigerant and liquid-phase refrigerant, to deliver the gas-phase refrigerant separated to a gas supply port between a fluid outlet of the first compression stage and a fluid inlet of the second compression stage in the compressor, and to deliver the liquid-phase refrigerant separated to a motor housing of the compressor for cooling a rotor and a stator in the motor housing by flash evaporation.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a shell and heat exchange tube bundles located in the shell, the shell has an inlet and an outlet, and a refrigerant flows in through the inlet, exchanges heat with a fluid in the heat exchange tube bundles, and then flows out from the outlet, and the outlet is provided with an extension section that extends into an interior of the shell and has a receiving portion configured to receive at least a part of a liquid in the refrigerant flowing toward the outlet after heat exchange. The disclosure is easy to manufacture, install and maintain, and has a low cost. By optimizing the structure of an outlet pipeline of the heat exchanger, the influence of liquid carryover can be effectively controlled, and the overall performance, safety and reliability of the system can be enhanced.

    Abstract: A finned tube (e.g., for use in a flooded and falling film evaporator) is provided. The finned tube includes a tube body with an interior surface and an exterior surface. The finned tube may include a plurality of adjacent helical fins (e.g., continuously or intermittently) protruding circumferentially around the exterior surface of the tube body. At least one channel is disposed between the plurality of adjacent helical fins. Each respective helical fin includes at least one sidewall and a fin top. Each channel includes at least one channel enhancement impressed radially into and transversely through at intervals around the circumference of the exterior surface of the tube body. The finned tube may also include at least one top enhancement and/or sidewall enhancement impressed radially into and transversely through at intervals around the circumference of the exterior surface of the tube body.
