摘要: A method of manufacturing a vehicle laminated glass according to the present invention includes: stacking a thermal insulating film between two resin intermediate films; stacking these films between two curved glass plates, thereby forming a stacked body; degassing the stacked body; and, after the degassing, thermocompression bonding the stacked body by pressing and heating up to a maximum temperature of 120 to 150° C., wherein: the thermal insulating film has a heat shrinkage of 0.9 to 5% in a temperature range of 120 to 150° C.; the resin intermediate film is larger in area than the glass plates; and the stacked body is formed such that an edge part of the resin intermediate film protrudes outwardly by 1 mm or more from edges of the glass plates. It is possible by this method to prevent an appearance defect in the thermal insulating film throughout the entire circumference of the laminated glass.

摘要: Disclosed is a production method of a vehicular laminated glass plate, including: a step 1 of stacking an intermediate resin film between two curved glass sheets to form a stacked body; a step 2 of degassing the stacked body; and a step 3 of integrating the stacked body into one piece by heating and pressing treatment after the degassing, wherein a minimum value of a curvature radium of the curved glass sheets is in a range of 200 to 2900 mm; wherein a thickness of at least one of the curved glass sheets is in a range of 0.1 to 2.0 mm; and wherein the production method comprises, before the step 2, a step A of deforming the intermediate resin film by raising the temperature of the intermediate resin film so as to allow the intermediate resin film to follow a surface shape of the curved glass sheet.

摘要: A light guide plate according to one embodiment of the present invention includes two glass sheets and a scattering layer sandwiched between and integrated with the glass sheets, wherein the scattering layer is a transparent resin film formed by stretching, and wherein the light guide plate has a haze of 0.2% or higher as determined according to JIS K 7136. The light guide plate is suitable for use in an edge-light-type surface light emitting apparatus. It is preferable that the scattering layer is a biaxially stretched transparent polyethylene terephthalate film. It is also preferable that the light guide plate further includes an adhesive resin layer between the scattering layer and the glass sheet.
