    摘要： A shelf for a refrigerator and a refrigerator having the same are provided. The shelf includes a support plate having an upper surface, a frame formed to correspond to a shape of a periphery of the support plate and having, at an inner side thereof, a coupling portion to which the support plate is coupled to the coupling portion by a bonding member, and a fixing device that fixes the support plate to the coupling portion. The fixing device may include a fixing member having a supporting protrusion that penetrates though a sidewall of the frame to support the support plate from below. Alternatively, the fixing device may include an elastically deformable resilient hook and a fixing protrusion formed to face the resilient hook, all of which are provided on the frame. With the shelf for a refrigerator constructed as above, there are advantages in that the shelf has a secure coupling structure, the process of coupling the components of the shelf is simplified, the shelf has improved durability, and production costs are reduced.

    摘要： An ice tray assembly for a refrigerator is provided. The ice tray assembly is installed in a door of a refrigerator. The ice tray assembly allows water to be supplied from a water container to an ice tray only when the door is closed. To this end, the ice tray assembly includes a valve for opening and closing a channel through which the water is supplied from the water container to the ice tray which is operated in cooperation with the operation of the door. An inner space of a refrigerator main body and corresponding storage space is increased since the ice tray assembly is installed in the door. Further, because water fed from the water container to the ice tray is controlled according to the operation of the door, water is not spilt from the ice tray when the door is operated.

    摘要： A cold air supply and control device for a refrigerator is provided. The cold air supply and control device includes a cylindrical, duct main body having an inlet that allows cold air generated in a heat exchange chamber to be introduced thereinto and an outlet that supplies the cold air introduced through the inlet to a refrigerating chamber. The duct main body is pivotably installed to at least one of both side surfaces of the refrigerating chamber. An opening and closing piece is fixed to the side surface of the refrigerating chamber and selectively opens and closes the outlet according to a rotation of the duct main body. An interlocking plate formed below the outlet of the duct main body rotates the duct main body by a load of a shelf so as to open the outlet. In addition, a torsion spring is installed between a surface of the refrigerating chamber and a front or rear surface of the duct main body, and elastically supports the duct main body in a direction in which the outlet is closed.
