摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for powering a wireless monitoring system are described. In one example, a described method comprises: positioning and powering a transmitter at a first location in a venue; positioning and powering a receiver at a second location in the venue; transmitting a wireless signal from the transmitter through a wireless multipath channel of the venue; receiving the wireless signal by the receiver through the wireless multipath channel, wherein the wireless signal is impacted by the wireless multipath channel and a modulation of an object undergoing a motion in the venue; obtaining a set of channel information (CI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the wireless signal; and monitoring the object and the motion of the object based on the set of CI.

摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for vehicle wireless monitoring are described. In one example, a described method comprises: transmitting a first wireless signal from a first wireless device through a wireless multipath channel of a venue, the venue comprising a vehicle and an immediate vicinity of the vehicle; receiving a second wireless signal by a second wireless device in the venue through the wireless multipath channel, wherein the second wireless signal differs from the first wireless signal due to the wireless multipath channel and a modulation by an object undergoing a motion in the venue; obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal; and performing a monitoring task by monitoring, based on the TSCI, at least one of: the vehicle, the object or the motion of the object.

The second wireless signal differs from the first wireless signal due to the wireless multipath channel and a motion of an object in the venue. The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal; computing a spatial-temporal information (STI) based on the TSCI; monitoring the motion of the object based on the TSCI and the STI; performing a task based on the monitoring; and generating a response based on the task.

摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for wireless sensing using multiple groups of wireless devices are described. In one example, a described system comprises: heterogeneous wireless devices in a venue, and a processor. A particular device is configured to communicate with a first device through a first wireless channel based on a first protocol using a first radio, and configured to communicate with a second device through a second wireless channel based on a second protocol using a second radio. The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the second wireless channel based on a wireless signal communicated between the particular device and the second device; computing a pairwise sensing analytics based on the TSCI; and computing a combined sensing analytics based on the pairwise sensing analytics. The particular device transmits the combined sensing analytics to the first device, to perform a wireless sensing task.

The wireless monitoring system comprises a processor configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal, and monitoring the motion of the object in the venue based on the TSCI.

The processor is configured for: obtaining a number of time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the received wireless signal, computing a time series of motion analytics (TSMA) based on the number of TSCI, computing an information of a target device based on the TSMA. The target device is one of: the transmitter, the receiver, or an additional device in the venue. The information of the target device comprises at least one of: an identity, a name, a label, a tag, or a location.

The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal, wherein each channel information (CI) of the TSCI comprises N1 components, wherein N1 is a positive integer larger than one, computing N1 component-wise analytics each associated with one of the N1 components of the TSCI, identifying N2 largest component-wise analytics among the N1 component-wise analytics, wherein N2 is a positive integer less than N1 computing at least one first motion statistics based on the N2 largest component-wise analytics of the TSCI, and monitoring the sleeping motion of the object based on the at least one first motion statistics.

The processor is configured for monitoring the motion of the object within the proximity of the apparatus based at least partially on the TSCI.
