摘要: An electrical connector assembly includes a spring member having a generally C-shaped body extending between a leading edge and a trailing edge. The C-shaped body is formed by a first hook portion, a second hook portion, and a central section extending between the first hook portion and the second hook portion. Each of the hook portions are adapted to receive a conductor. The spring member is movable between a normal position and a deflected position, wherein in the deflected position, the spring member imparts a clamping force on the first and second conductors. The assembly further includes a wedge member having a leading end and a trailing end. The wedge is positionable within the spring member to drive the spring member from the normal position to the deflected position, wherein the wedge has an initial position and a final position corresponding to the deflected position of the spring member. Relative positions of the wedge member with respect to the spring member in the initial position and the final position vary based on a size of the conductors.

摘要: An improved compliant section (30) for a terminal connectable to a circuit board (54), the compliant section (30) having legs (32) with outer edges (34) thereof forming selected shapes axially therealong and an elongate hole (38) having a selected shape stamped transversely through the terminal separating the legs (32) and defined between inwardly facing edges (36) thereof. The selected shapes of the leg outer edges (34) are continuous surfaces, first diverging then converging toward an insertion end (40) of the terminal and having a widest dimension at a selected axial location. The hole (38) has first and second ends (42, 44) and a transverse median M at a selected axial location. The hole (38) is offset axially with respect to outer edges (34) of the compliant section (30) such that the transverse median M of the hole (38) is staggered axially with respect to the widest dimension of the outer edges (34) of legs (32) and such that the width of each leg (32) between outer and inner edges (34, 36) at the first end (42) of the hole (38) is less than the width of each leg (32) at the opposite second end (44) of the hole (38).

摘要: A touch sensor comprises a substrate capable of propagating acoustic waves and includes a first surface having a touch sensitive region. A first sidewall intersects the first surface along a first edge. The first edge is configured to propagate a first acoustic wave along the first edge. The first acoustic wave may be a one-dimensional edge wave. A wave converter converts the first acoustic wave to a second acoustic wave, and the first surface is configured to propagate the second acoustic wave across the touch sensitive region.
