Abstract: A passive touch pen for a capacitive touch screen is provided. The passive touch pen includes a first pen tube, a second pen tube, a conductive rubber tip, a switch member, a circuit board, a positive electrode part, a conductive plate, and a battery. The switch member includes a rotary element, a first conductive element, a second conductive element, and a negative electrode part.
