    摘要: An electrophoretic display includes a plurality of pixels. A display method applied to the electrophoretic display includes the following steps. Firstly, a first frame is displayed on the pixels at a first time. Next, a difference amount between the pixels at the first time and the pixels at a second time predetermined for displaying a second frame is calculated. The second time is later than the first time. Next, whether the difference amount is larger than a predetermined value is determined. Next, corresponding part of the second frame is displayed on part of the pixels corresponding to the difference amount at the second time if the difference amount is not larger than the predetermined value.

    摘要: A method of driving an electro-optic display includes the following steps. First, a first frame is displayed on pixels at a first time. Next, data of a second frame predetermined to be displayed on the pixels at a second time later than the first time is determined. Next, an eliminating frame showing a first extreme gray level or a second extreme gray level is displayed on the pixels at a third time. Afterwards, a medium frame is displayed on the pixels at a fourth time later than the third time. The third and fourth times are between the first and second times. The gray level shown by each pixel at the fourth time is close to the gray level predetermined to be shown by the same pixel at the second time. Thereafter, the second frame is displayed on the pixels at the second time.

The memory stores a temperature characteristic table. The central processing unit is electrically coupled to the temperature sensor and the memory. The central processing unit receives the present temperature and reads the temperature characteristic table for matching the present temperature with the temperature characteristic table to obtain and output a drive level or timing. The display unit is electrically coupled to the central processing unit for receiving the drive level or timing and displaying according to the drive level.

    摘要: A display method applied to an electrophoretic display having pixels includes steps as follows. Firstly, a first frame is displayed on the pixels at a first time. Then the difference between the pixels at the first time and those at a second time predetermined for displaying a second frame is determined and part of the pixels corresponding to the difference are divided into a first pixel group (pg) and a second pg. The first pg shows a first single-color at the first time and a second single-color at the second time and the color shown by the second pg is opposite to that shown by the first pixel group. Next, a medium image is displayed on the first pg at a third time between the first and the second times and shows the second single-color. Afterwards, corresponding part of the second frame is displayed on the second pg at the second time.

    摘要: An exemplary low power consumption circuit includes a microprocessor, a power supply switch module and a main circuit module. The microprocessor is capable of outputting a power control signal and changing a pulse characteristic of the power control signal when the microprocessor switches from a first working mode to a second working mode. The power supply switch module is capable of outputting a power supply signal. The power supply switch module is electrically coupled to the microprocessor to receive the power control signal and thereby modulates a duty cycle of the power supply signal according to a change of the pulse characteristic of the power control signal. The main circuit module is electrically coupled to the power supply switch module to receive the power supply signal and operative with energy provided by the power supply signal. Moreover, a method for reducing power consumption is also provided.

    摘要: The present invention is a condom coated with lactic acid bacteria contained composition, which has not only provided the contraceptive effect and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases transmission but also helped to establish, maintain and reestablish a non-pathogenic, natural or genetically modified intra-vaginal bacterial flora action in vagina. The lactic acid bacteria can be genetically modified and natural lactic acid bacteria such as spreads from mammal intestinal and vaginal tract. A condom is coated with composition containing powder form or other type of lactic acid bacteria such as cream, foam, micro-bead or micro-encapsulated form, which contains as its ingredients at least one species of viable lactic acid bacteria, and optionally with a lubricant. The risk of pathogenic microbial and viral infection in vagina can be decreased or prevented and the vaginal environment can be maintained in a good condition without side effect by using a condom of the present invention.
