摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for radio-based voice activity detection are described. In one example, a described system comprises: a transmitter configured to transmit a radio signal through a wireless channel of a venue; a receiver configured to receive the radio signal through the wireless channel, wherein the wireless channel is impacted by a voice activity of a target voice source in the venue; and a processor. The processor is configured for: computing a time series of channel information (CI) of the wireless channel based on the radio signal, and detecting the voice activity of the target voice source based on the time series of CI (TSCI) of the wireless channel, without using any media signal.

In one example, a described system comprises: a transmitter configured to transmit a first wireless signal through a wireless channel of a venue; a receiver configured to receive a second wireless signal through the wireless channel, wherein the second wireless signal comprises a reflection of the first wireless signal by at least one object in the venue; and a processor. The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (CI) of the wireless channel based on the second wireless signal, determining a presence of a person moving in the venue based on the time series of CI (TSCI), extracting at least one gait feature of the person from the TSCI, and recognizing an identity of the person based on the at least one gait feature.

摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for movement tracking are described. In one example, a described system comprises: at least one sensor configured to generate at least one sensing information (SI); a memory; a processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the at least one sensor; and a set of instructions stored in the memory. The set of instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: obtain at least one time series of SI (TSSI) from the at least one sensor, analyze the at least one TSSI, track a movement of an object in a venue based on the at least one TSSI, compute an incremental distance associated with the movement of the object in a first incremental time period based on the at least one TSSI, compute a direction associated with the movement of the object in a second incremental time period based on the at least one TSSI, and compute a next location of the object at a next time based on at least one of: a current location of the object at a current time, a current orientation of the object at the current time, the incremental distance, the direction, or a map of the venue.

摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for wireless vital signs monitoring are described. In one embodiment, a described system comprises: a transmitter, a receiver, a processor. The transmitter transmits, using N1 transmit antennas, a wireless signal through a wireless multipath channel of a venue, while a first object in the venue is having a first repetitive motion. The receiver receives, using N2 receive antennas, the wireless signal through the wireless multipath channel, and extracts a plurality of time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel from the wireless signal. N1 and N2 are positive integers. Each of the plurality of TSCI is associated with a transmit antenna of the transmitter and a receive antenna of the receiver. The processor computes a first information of the first repetitive motion based on the plurality of TSCI, and monitors the first repetitive motion of the first object based on the first information.

In one example, a described system comprises: a transmitter configured for transmitting a first wireless signal through a wireless multipath channel of a venue; a receiver configured for receiving a second wireless signal through the wireless multipath channel; and a processor. The second wireless signal differs from the first wireless signal due to the wireless multipath channel and a motion of an object in the venue. The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal, wherein each channel information (CI) of the TSCI comprises N1 CI components; selecting N2 CI components from the N1 CI components based on a first analysis of the N1 CI components; computing a micro-motion (MM) statistics based on the N2 selected CI components and the first analysis; monitoring the motion of the object based on a second analysis of the MM statistics; performing a task based on the first analysis and the second analysis; and generating a response based on the task, the first analysis and the second analysis.

The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal, wherein each channel information (CI) of the TSCI comprises a plurality of CI components, each of which is associated with an index; computing an inter-component statistics based on the plurality of CI components; computing, based on the inter-component statistics, a proximity information of the object with respect to a reference location in the venue; and performing a task based on the proximity information of the object.

A described wireless monitoring system comprises a transmitter transmitting a series of probe signals, a receiver, and a processor. The receiver is configured for: receiving the series of probe signals modulated by the wireless multipath channel and an object moving in a venue, and obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel from the series of probe signals. The processor is configured for: monitoring a motion of the object relative to a map based on the TSCI, determining an incremental distance travelled by the object in an incremental time period based on the TSCI, and computing a next location of the object at a next time in the map based on at least one of: a current location of the object at a current time, the incremental distance, and a direction of the motion during the incremental time period.

摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for radio-assisted signal estimation are described. In one example, a described system comprises: a sensor configured to obtain a baseband mixture signal in a venue; a transmitter configured to transmit a first radio signal through a wireless channel of the venue; a receiver configured to receive a second radio signal through the wireless channel; and a processor. The baseband mixture signal comprises a mixture of a first source signal and an additional signal. The first source signal is generated by a first motion of a first object in the venue. The second radio signal differs from the first radio signal due to the wireless channel and at least the first motion of the first object in the venue. The processor is configured for: obtaining a radio feature of the second radio signal, constructing a first adaptive filter for the baseband mixture signal based on the radio feature, filtering the baseband mixture signal using the first adaptive filter to obtain a first output signal, and generating an estimation of the first source signal based on the first output signal.
