A method for controlling an electronic book reading device is provided. The electronic book reading device includes a touch screen. The method includes the following steps. A page of the electronic book reading device is displayed on the touch screen in one of a full-screen mode and a non-full-screen mode. A central area is defined on the touch screen. When a click event corresponding to the central area is triggered, the page of the electronic book reading device is displayed on the touch screen in the other mode.

A lamp set includes a control device and a first lighting device. The control device includes an energy-generating unit for providing an energy distribution. The first lighting device includes a pre-processing unit, a first lighting element, and a controller. The controller is coupled to the pre-processing unit and the first lighting element. The pre-processing unit is used to sense the energy distribution or to receive information included in the energy distribution thus to allow the controller to control luminance of the first lighting element according to the energy distribution.

A portable electronic device includes a casing, a key, a loudspeaker, a soft insulating material, and an actuating unit. The key is disposed at the casing. The loudspeaker is embedded into the casing flatly. The soft insulating material covers the casing and the loudspeaker. The actuating unit is coupled to the key and the loudspeaker, and it actuates the loudspeaker to protrude from the casing in response to an actuation of the key.

An electronic device has a function of inputting Roman letters. The electronic device includes a display unit, an input unit, and a control unit. The input unit has a plurality of operation directions associated a plurality of direction input signals. The input unit is operated towards one of the operation directions, the input unit generates one of the direction input signals corresponding to a shape character. Each group of the shape characters corresponds to at least one Roman letter. The control unit is coupled to the display unit and the input unit, respectively, and the control unit is used for receiving a group of the direction input signals generated by the input unit to obtain a group of the shape characters corresponding to the group of the direction input signals and to provide at least one Roman letter corresponding to the group of the shape characters for the display unit.

A three-dimensional light-source display device enables light sources to present a three-dimensional display effect in a three-dimensional space. In general, a single light-source display module is used to complete a uniaxial (Y axis) arrangement of light sources, and after the arrangement of a plurality of the light-source display modules is completed, a plurality of the light-source display modules are further arranged to form two-dimensional (X axis and Y axis) and three-dimensional (X axis, Y axis, and Z axis) arrangements. The present invention can further generate a three-dimensional display effect through a circuit design and programmable control.
