    摘要: A cooling circulation system of a server includes a cabinet assembly, a plurality of first fan modules, a plurality of second fan modules, and two air guide hoods. The first fan modules and the second fan modules are disposed on the cabinet assembly. The first fan modules blow a first airflow towards a first direction, and the second fan modules blow a second airflow towards a second direction. The air guide hoods are respectively installed on two ends of the cabinet assembly. The first airflow and the second airflow join each other through the air guide hoods, so as to form a cooling circulation loop inside the cabinet assembly.

    摘要: A radiation board consists of a case and a lid. The case has a plurality of circulation channels formed on an inner wall. The lid seals the case to confine an operation fluid in the circulation channels of the case. The lid has miniature flutes corresponding to the circulation channels. Heat generated by a heat-generating element during operation is transferred through the lid to the operation fluid to vaporize the operation fluid. The miniature flutes help to condense the vaporized operation fluid into a liquid again. The operation fluid circulates in the case through the circulation channels to evenly distribute heat to the entire device. The radiation board is easy to fabricate at a low cost.

    摘要: A closed loop heat dissipation apparatus includes a heat transfer seat containing an operation fluid, a seal lid attaching to a heat generating element and sealing one side of the heat transfer seat to hold the operation fluid therein, a tube made of flexible metal to couple on the heat transfer seat in a bendable manner and a radiation fin assembly mounted on the tube. The operation fluid absorbs the heat energy of the heat generating element and circulates in the tube to evenly distribute the heat energy, and is condensed to liquid phase to flow back to the heat transfer seat. The apparatus may be fabricated at a lower cost and achieve an improved heat dissipation effect.

    摘要: A heat dissipating structure is proposed, which includes a frame, a heat dissipating element, and elastic elements. The frame encloses a central zone in which a heat generating element is disposed. The heat dissipating element has a bottom surface from which plates extend such that the heat dissipating element lies on the frame and covers the heat generating element disposed in the central zone of the frame. The elastic elements, each disposed on one of the plates, firmly secure the heat dissipating element to the frame by means of fasteners. Neither the elastic elements nor the fasteners screen the heat dissipating element and reduce the heat dissipation area thereof, thus overcoming a drawback of the conventional heat dissipating structure, that is, obstruction of the way of heat-dissipating currents.

    摘要: A heatsink device with vapor chamber is provided. The heatsink device with vapor chamber has a lid, a heat dissipation base attached to the heat generating component, and a heat conductive powder. The lid is bonded to the heat dissipation base to form an inclosed accommodation space therebetween for accommodating a heat dissipation liquid that dissipate heat according to the principle of liquid-gas phase change. A bump is disposed on the inner surface of the heat dissipation base toward the accommodation space and opposite to the heat generating component. In addition, the heat conductive powder is distributed on the above inner surface for forming capillary spaces. Meanwhile, as the conductive powder deposited on the rim of the bump is more than that on other areas, more capillary spaces are provided to conduct heat more effectively via the capillary phenomenon, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect.
