    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device including an active array substrate, a display substrate and several conductive members is provided. The active array substrate includes a first substrate and several thin film transistors. The thin film transistors are disposed on the first substrate so as to form an array. The display substrate includes a second substrate, a color filter layer, a first electrode layer, an organic material layer and a second electrode layer disposed sequentially. The second substrate is disposed in parallel to the first substrate. The organic material layer is used for emitting white light and includes several lighting structures electrically insulated from each other. The second electrode layer includes several electrode structures electrically insulated from each other. Each of the conductive members electrically connects to a drain of one corresponding thin film transistor and one corresponding electrode structure.

    摘要: An electro-luminescence device has an anode and a cathode, between which a hole transporting layer, an emitting layer and a hole insulating layer are provided. The emitting layer is made of a material including a light emitting material of polymer doped with two light emitting materials of molecule. A method of making the electro-luminescence applies the wet process to make the hole insulating layer and the emitting layer to simplify the steps and to control the factors of fabrication.

The active array structure includes a first substrate and several thin film transistors. The thin film transistors disposed on the first substrate has several drains. The display structure includes a second substrate, a color changing medium, a first electrode layer, an organic material layer and a second electrode layer disposed sequentially. The location of the second substrate corresponds to that of the first substrate. The color changing medium has several color blocks. The organic material layer is used for emitting blue light and includes several lighting structures electrically insulated from each other. The second electrode layer includes several electrode structures electrically insulated from each other. Each of the conductive members is combined and electrically connected to the drain of each thin film transistor and each electrode structure.

    摘要: A resistive touch panel with multi-touch recognition ability comprises: a top substrate, configured with at least two conductive electrodes; a bottom substrate, being integrated with the top substrate at a surface where the at least two conductive electrodes are formed; and an insulating layer, sandwiched between the top and the bottom substrates; wherein the bottom substrate is configured with four conductive electrodes to be used for forming two electric fields, one varying along an X-axis direction on a plane defined by a Cartesian coordinate system while enabling the other one to vary along a Y-axis direction of the same. With the aforesaid device, when there are multiple touches contact the top substrate at the same time, voltage variations relating to those touches can be detected from the bottom substrate for identifying the location of those touches and thus enabling the resistive touch panel with multi-touch recognition ability.
