摘要: A microfiber substrate of improved carding ability and its manufacturing method, and more particularly a micro-fiber spun by conjugated melting of crystallization difference of high crystallization polymer and low crystallization polyester, drawn to form an unsplit microfiber staple having a layer of thin film in its surrounding, the microfiber staple which is still kept in unsplitting state during opening, carding and lapping treatment, will be split just at the layer of thin layer of its surrounding of the microfiber staple by spunlace to completely split from the microfiber, knitted to form water-jet punch web, then subject to hot water to shrink to densification. The microfiber nonwoven web excellent in the wiping effect, cleaning effect and microfiber artificial leather excellent in the hand feeling and fluff compaction without environment pollution is enabled to offer the artificial leather more cheaply and easily finished.

摘要: A method for producing an artificial leather includes mixed spinning an island polymer and a sea polymer having a different dissolving property from that of the island polymer at a predetermined temperature, producing a non-woven substrate from the fiber obtained, immersing the non-woven substrate into a polymer, dissolving and removing the sea polymer in the non-woven substrate to obtain an artificial leather as a semi-finished product, and polishing the surface of the artificial leather to obtain an artificial leather having excellent dyeability and advanced fluff-like property. The ratio of melt flow index of the sea polymer to relative viscosity of the island polymer is about 20 to about 55, in which the relative viscosity of the island polymer is about 2.7 to about 3.5 and the weight percentage of the sea polymer relative to the sum of the sea polymer and the island polymer is about 30% to about 70%.

摘要: A power regulator, power control system and the method thereof are provided. A detecting device receives a feedback signal from a resistive load device, and outputs a control signal, which could be a voltage or a current. While receiving the control signal, the power regulator outputs a drive voltage in a proportional way. In the proportional way, full power drive voltage is outputted in a continuous output time period and is stopped outputting in a continuous non-output time period. The resistive load device receives the drive voltage and then outputs the feedback signal to the detecting device. Similarly, in the proportional way, the full power drive voltage is outputted in the continuous output time period and is stopped outputting in the continuous non-output time period. Thus, it is able to decrease the amount of harmonic waves.

The maintenance apparatus includes a first supporting member, a second supporting member, a first clamping member, a second clamping member, and a plurality of locking units. In the maintenance method, the first supporting member and the second supporting member are initially positioned underneath below the two sides of a positioning slice, respectively, and then the first clamping member and the second clamping member are each disposed on the first supporting member and the second supporting member, respectively. First clamping member and first supporting member, and second clamping member and second supporting member are secured together respectively by locking units. Thus two sides of positioning slice are secured tightly and the positioning slice is well fastened. A probe card is also provided. The probe card includes a guide slot having a size corresponding to that of maintenance apparatus.

摘要: An uniformly self-luminous keyboard device comprises a housing and a keyboard unit. The housing includes an upper casing and a lower casing, which can be assembled together. After the upper casing and the lower casing are assembled together, an accommodation space is formed therebetween. The upper casing has an opening interconnecting the accommodation space. The keyboard unit is arranged in the accommodation space and includes a plurality of press members passing through the opening and moved by a force to have a displacement, and a baseplate supporting the press members. A light conduction space is formed between the baseplate and the lower casing. A light emitting unit is arranged inside the light conduction space. The height of the light conduction space decreases with the distance to the light emitting unit, whereby light is uniformly distributed over the bottom of the keyboard unit. Thus is achieved the uniformly self-luminous keyboard device.

摘要: A luminous keyboard comprises a housing, a keyboard and a light emitting portion. The keyboard and light emitting portion are held in the housing. The light emitting portion includes at least one housing trough and a lighting element held in the housing trough. The housing trough has at least one first recess portion and at least one second recess portion on the periphery. The first recess portion and second recess portion have respectively an inner wall formed a first curved surface and a second curved surface. The lighting element generates light projected to the first and second recess portions, and the light piercing through the first and second curved surfaces is transmitted towards the concave directions of the first and second recess portions. Thus the light advancing direction in the light emitting portion can be effectively controlled.

摘要: A roof ventilation assembly has a ridge framework corresponding to a vent on a roof, a top cover, front and rear panels and two baffler assemblies. The two baffler assemblies are respectively mounted on two sides of the ridge framework leaving two gaps between the baffler assemblies and the top cover. When heated air under the roof rises, the heated air goes through the vent and out of the slots. Therefore, the heated air can be expelled by the roof ventilation assembly cheaply and easily, without requiring maintenance and external power source.
