    摘要: A clamping structure for an open end wrench contains: a body, and the body including a handle, an operation head, and a clamping portion. The clamping portion has a first jaw arranged on a first side thereof, a second jaw formed on a second side thereof, and a V-shaped retaining fringe defined on a rear end thereof. The first jaw has a first plane defined on a front end thereof, two first recesses arranged on a rear end of the first plane and a first front end of the V-shaped retaining fringe, and an arcuate projection defined between the two first recesses. The second jaw has a second plane defined on a front end thereof, an abutting face arranged between a rear end thereof and a second front end of the V-shaped retaining fringe, and an arcuately concaved section formed between the second plane and the abutting face.

    摘要: A locking structure for a hand tool contains: a body having a driving head which includes an accommodation chamber and a rib, and between two ends of the rib is defined an opening. The rib has two positioning orifices, the accommodation chamber has an obliquely arcuate groove accommodating a ratchet member which has a toothed rim and two opposite apertures, and a part of each steel ball extends out of each aperture. The ratchet member further has a first trench, a polygonal groove, and a second trench. A cap is covered on the rib and includes a through orifice, an open section, a protruded section, an actuation extension, and two opposite openings so as to house two posts respectively, wherein a part of each post extends out of each opening, and a resilient element is defined between the second trench and the cap.

    摘要: An engagement structure of a socket wrench contains: a body including a drive head, an accommodation chamber, a ratchet member received, a hexagonal groove, a circular large-diameter notch, multiple recessed, and a hexagonal small-diameter orifice. The hexagonal groove is configured to accommodate a locating sleeve. The locating sleeve includes an upper extension, a hexagonal positioning portion, a hexagonal receiving hole, multiple columns, two opposite central holes, two steel balls, and a slot. The locating sleeve further includes multiple springs fitted on the multiple columns of the multiple cutouts. The upper extension of the locating sleeve is connected with of the hexagonal small-diameter orifice and a hexagonal coupling aperture of a control disc, and a C-shaped retainer is engaged in the slot of the locating sleeve so that the C-shaped retainer abuts against the control disc, thus connecting the ratchet member, the locating sleeve, and the control disc.

Between a second inner face on a front end of an inner wall of the second jaw and a contacting face on a rear end of the inner wall of the second jaw is arranged an arcuately concave area.

    摘要: A maintenance apparatus and a maintenance method for a probe card are provided. The maintenance apparatus includes a first supporting member, a second supporting member, a first clamping member, a second clamping member, and a plurality of locking units. In the maintenance method, the first supporting member and the second supporting member are initially positioned underneath below the two sides of a positioning slice, respectively, and then the first clamping member and the second clamping member are each disposed on the first supporting member and the second supporting member, respectively. First clamping member and first supporting member, and second clamping member and second supporting member are secured together respectively by locking units. Thus two sides of positioning slice are secured tightly and the positioning slice is well fastened. A probe card is also provided. The probe card includes a guide slot having a size corresponding to that of maintenance apparatus.
