摘要: A filter unit (10) and a filter device formed from several such units for filtering a fluid, especially a process fluid such as required for chip-removing machining processes. The filter units (10) each comprise a frame (11) and a filter medium (16). The frame (11) has support webs (12), which reinforce the frame (11) and support the filter medium (16). The support webs (12) are arranged on the downstream side (18) of the filter medium (16) to prevent clogging on the upstream side (17) and permit a simple removal of the filter cake. The filter units (10) are stacked on each other in alternating orientation such that the upstream sides (17) or the downstream sides (18) of two adjacent individual filter units (10) face each other. The frame (11) forms unfiltered fluid and filtered fluid flow nozzles (13), (14) through which the fluid to be filtered or the filtered fluid can flow.

摘要: A valve module for control of a fluid flow, especially flow of a fluid to be filtered in a filter apparatus. The valve module includes a valve (12) with a valve cover (14) a valve body (13) and a valve seat (15). The valve body mates with the valve seat (15), which is integrated in an adapter plate (11). The adapter plate (11) is provided with an inlet (27) and an outlet, with an unfiltered fluid channel (20) and a filtered fluid channel (22) arranged in the adapter plate. The integration of the valve seat (15) and unfiltered and filtered fluid channels (20, 22) in the adapter plate (11) makes possible a space-saving construction of the valve (12).

摘要: A filter system for filtering fluids has a housing, an inlet, and an outlet. A filter element is arranged inside the housing. A cover closes the housing and provides access to the filter element inside the housing. A securing device prevents the housing from being closed by the cover when the filter element is missing. The filter element has at least one filter element guide path section. The housing or the cover has a rim area with at least one rim guide path section. The filter element guide path section and the rim guide path section supplement one another to a guide path. The securing device comprises at least one securing element arranged on the cover or the housing. The securing element is guided on the guide path when a closing movement is carried out for closing the housing by the cover.
