The service OS contains a device model module, the device model module providing an access platform for I/O device to the guest OS. The guest OS access the device model module through the hypervisor. One device state module for dynamic reflecting the device's state is increased in the device model module, the device state module dynamic altering the register condition of the device in hardware space. It is possible to dynamic control the access to I/O device by the guest OS by using the control panel in the service OS to dynamic alter the device's state in the device state module. One agent module is increased in guest OS, for altering the device's state in guest OS anytime based on the change of the device state.

The computer comprises a hardware platform having a first-type device, a second-type device and a third-type device provided thereon; a virtual machine managing module; a first operating module; a second operating module; wherein the virtual machine managing module comprises a first-type device configuration module for directly configuring the first type device to be used by the main operating system; a second-type device configuration module for directly configuring the second-type device to be used by the guest operating system; and a third-type device configuration module for virtualizing the third-type device on the hardware platform to generate a virtualized third-type device and configuring the virtualized third-type device to be used by the main operating system and the guest operating system, respectively. The present invention considers the distribution and use of the devices as a whole in combination with the use of BIOS in the main board. Therefore, the incompatibility problem between hardware and software of the virtual system can be solved.

Repetitive electrical activity produces microstructural alteration in myelinated axons. These transient microstructural changes can be non-invasively visualized via two different magnetic-resonance-based approaches: diffusion fMRI and dynamic T2 spectroscopy in the ex vivo perfused bullfrog sciatic nerves. Non-invasive diffusion fMRI, based on standard diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), clearly localized the sites of axonal conduction blockage as might be encountered in neurotrauma or other lesion types. Diffusion fMRI response was graded in proportion to the total number of electrical impulses carried through a given locus. Diffusion basis spectrum imaging (DBSI) method revealed a reversible shift of tissue water into a restricted isotropic diffusion signal component, consistent with sub-myelinic vacuole formation.
