Abstract: A battery module, a battery pack and a vehicle are provided. The battery module includes a battery and a buffer element. The buffer element is arranged between two adjacent batteries and has a main body portion, a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion. The main body portion is provided with an opening, the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are located at both ends of the main body portion in a first direction and are arranged at intervals from the opening. The battery faces the opening and abuts against the main body portion, and is located between the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion, thereby improving a grouping efficiency of the battery module.

Because the first insulating sleeve, the second insulating sleeve and the third insulating sleeve are independent components, and they segmentally cover different parts of the busbar, so that each of them has a shorter length and less portion required to be bent, thereby facilitating the first insulating sleeve, the second insulating sleeve and the third insulating sleeve to be respectively sheathed on the different parts of the busbar.

Abstract: The present application provides a battery module, a battery pack and a vehicle, the battery module includes a battery and a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes two first splints, two second splints and a first strap. Each first splint includes a plurality of first connecting plates, and the plurality of first connecting plates are arranged side by side in a second direction. One of two adjacent first connecting plates is provided with a first positioning groove, and the other is provided with a first positioning protrusion, and the two adjacent first connecting plates are spliced and connected through a clearance fitting between the first positioning groove and the corresponding first positioning protrusion. This assembly method is simple and fast, which improves a grouping efficiency of the battery module.

Abstract: The present application relates to a battery module, a battery pack, a device and an assembly method of the battery module, the battery module includes: a battery cell arrangement structure including a plurality of battery cells stacked upon one another; a cable tie, the cable tie surrounding outside the battery cell arrangement structure, and at least including a first cable tie and a second cable tie of different materials; and where at least part of the first cable tie is located on a side of the second cable tie close to the battery cell. The cable tie can have characteristics of the first cable tie and the second cable tie, which improves an applicability of the cable tie. In this case, it is helpful to improve a connection reliability of the cable tie to the battery cell arrangement structure, and to release an expansion force of the battery module.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a battery lower casing and a battery system. The battery lower casing comprises: a support frame comprising a plurality of fixing beams that are connected end to end to form an accommodating space, wherein each of two fixing beams opposite to each other comprises a fixing portion extending toward the accommodating space, each of the fixing beams comprises fixing tabs at a side of the fixing beam away from the accommodating space, and the battery lower casing is connected to a target object through the fixing tabs; and a bottom plate connected to the fixing beams. The battery lower casing according to the disclosure carries weight of the battery module through the fixing portions of the support frame, and fixes the battery module to the vehicle through the fixing tabs. The bottom plate is only used to isolate the external environment. Therefore, the weight and manufacturing cost of the battery lower casing can be minimized.
