摘要: Provided are an electrode plate, an electrode assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The electrode plate includes: a current collector, where the current collector includes an insulation layer and a conductive layer disposed on an outer surface of the insulation layer, and the conductive layer includes a body portion and a tab portion arranged along a first direction; and a conductive structure, where the conductive structure is welded to the tab portion to form a welded zone, the conductive structure extends in a direction leaving the body portion, and in a second direction, a size of an end of the welded zone near the body portion is greater than a preset threshold, where the preset threshold is inversely related to thickness of the tab portion in a third direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to the tab portion.

摘要: The present application relates to an electrode member, an electrode assembly and a secondary battery. The electrode member comprises an electrode body and a conductive structure that has a first portion having an active material and a second portion extending from the first portion. The second portion comprises a main portion and a transition portion provided between the main portion and the first portion, and a width of the transition portion larger than a width of the main portion. The conductive structure is welded with the second portion and extends along a direction away from the first portion. At least a part of a welding region formed by the second portion and the conductive structure is positioned at the transition portion, thereby avoiding the overcurrent area being significantly reduced by the main portion and ensuring that every position electric current passes through have a sufficient overcurrent area.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a secondary battery and an electrode plate. The electrode plate includes a current collector, an active material layer, and a first protective layer. The current collector includes an insulating layer and a conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer. The conductive layer has a main body portion covered by the active material layer and a protrusion portion uncovered by the active material layer. The first protective layer is disposed on a side of the protrusion portion facing away from the insulating layer. The electrode plate further includes a conductive structure, which has a connecting portion fixed on the main body portion, and a first extending portion exceeding an end of the protrusion portion away from the main body portion. The first protective layer is disposed on a side of the connecting portion close to the active material layer along a height direction.

The electrode plate in this application has good machinability. 摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of energy storage device, and particularly relates to an electrode member, an electrode assembly and a secondary battery. The electrode member comprises an electrode body and a conductive structure. The conducting layer comprises a first portion having an active material and a second portion extending from the first portion; the second portion comprises a main portion and a transition portion, the transition portion is provided between the main portion and the first portion, and a width of the transition portion is larger than a width of the main portion. The conductive structure is welded with the second portion and extends along a direction away from the first portion, and at least a part of a welding region formed by the second portion and the conductive structure is positioned at the transition portion. The present disclosure can avoid the overcurrent area being significantly reduced caused by the main portion, ensure that every position the electric current passing through has a sufficient overcurrent area, and improve the safety performance of the secondary battery.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell includes an electrode assembly, and the electrode assembly includes a body portion and a lead-out portion that are disposed in a first direction, the body portion being electrically connected to an electrode terminal via the lead-out portion. The lead-out portion includes a tab portion and a conductive structure. A first end of the conductive structure is welded to the tab portion to form a welded zone, a second end of the conductive structure is connected to the electrode terminal, and the conductive structure extends along a direction leaving the body portion. A melting zone is provided between the welded zone and the body portion. The technical solution of this application can reduce the probability of thermal runaway of batteries.

摘要: This application relates to a battery comprising a positive electrode plate, a separator, and a negative electrode plate, wherein the positive electrode plate comprises a positive electrode current collector and at least two layers of positive active material coated on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector, and wherein an underlying positive active material layer in contact with the positive electrode current collector comprises a first positive active material, a first polymer material and a first conductive material; and wherein an upper positive active material layer in contact with the underlying positive active material layer and away from the positive electrode current collector comprises a second positive active material, a second polymer material and a second conductive material, and the first polymer material comprises fluorinated polyolefin and/or chlorinated polyolefin polymer material. The battery has good safety and improved electrical properties.
