摘要： A switching arrangement for triggering a semiconductor switching element with a first electrode, a second electrode and a control electrode includes: a pulse generator for generating a control voltage input signal; a bias voltage capacitor; a first electrical resistor electrically connected in series with the bias voltage capacitor between first and second terminals of the pulse generator, wherein the control electrode is electrically connected to the bias voltage capacitor and the first electrical resistor, and the first electrode is electrically connected to the pulse generator and the first electrical resistor; and an additional capacitor connected in series to the pulse generator, the first electrical resistor, and the bias voltage capacitor.
