摘要: Non-inclusive cache systems and methods are provided. In one embodiment a non-inclusive cache system is provided comprising a non-inclusive cache and a cache agent that receives a request for access to the non-inclusive cache and denies the request for access to the non-inclusive cache if the non-inclusive cache system exceeds a predetermined level of activity.

摘要: A computing device having partitions, and a method of communicating between partitions, are disclosed wherein at least one partition comprises: at least one register substantially always accessible to other partitions and capable of defining an address area; at least one address area that may be accessible to other partitions and is capable of being defined by the at least one register; and address areas other than the at least one accessible address area that are not accessible to other partitions. A method of processing interrupts comprising receiving an interrupt, assessing the origin of the interrupt, accepting, rejecting, or further assessing the interrupt, depending on its origin, when further assessing the interrupt, accepting or rejecting the interrupt depending on its contents, and forwarding accepted interrupts but not rejected interrupts to a target processor, and a device carrying out that method are also disclosed.

摘要: A top for a convertible motor vehicle includes a top linkage operable to move the top between a closed position and an open position. The top linkage includes at least one functional component having a first position and a second position. The functional component is generally in the first position at a start of the opening movement and at the start of the closing movement, and also at an end of an opening movement and at the end of the closing movement. The functional component is moved from the first position to the second position for at least a portion of the opening movement and of the closing movement when the top linkage is between the open and closed positions. The movement of the functional component from the first position to the second position provides clearance for at least one element that moves during movement of the top linkage.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for influencing a selecting a “type and form of a circuit implementation” in at least one layer (L1,L2) in a given integration task for an integrated circuit or many thereof aggregated in a wafer composite, a module on a 2-dimensional carrier substrate, or a compact module. A plurality of electric or electronic components is spatially arranged and electrically conductively to be connected. To this end a plurality of completed solutions x (5;5a,5b) are stored and available in a database (10), and each of the completed solutions includes a set of properties, wherein each set includes at least one of the following properties for the given integration task: a technology for integration, a package or installation size, a number of layers (physical layers) for conductors or line in a vertical direction and a line length or conductor length. The completed solutions (5) stored in the database (10) of the given integration task define a destination space (40), from which a solution (5b) is selectable by means of operating elements (21,22), which solution determines type & form of the circuit implementation as a result of the given integration task, and aggregates the plurality of electric and electronic components in one of a plurality of integration technologies. In this way, the design time can be reduced.
