    摘要: A coaxial cable connector comprises a signal contact member having an inner conductor connecting portion, a grounding contact member, and an insulating housing for supporting the signal contact member and the grounding contact member in a condition of mutual isolation, wherein the insulating housing is provided with a concavity which has a bottom on which the inner conductor connecting portion of the signal contact member is placed and an opening through which the inner conductor of the coaxial cable is caused to come into contact with the inner conductor connecting portion of the signal contact member placed on the bottom of the concavity and is operative to allow an ultrasonic vibration horn to be put into the concavity through the opening of the concavity for applying ultrasonic vibrations to the inner conductor of the coaxial cable put in contact with the inner conductor connecting portion of the signal contact member.

    摘要: Good signal transmission characteristics can be stably obtained by a simple configuration. A void portion formed by inner wall surfaces of a groove disposed so as to face a wire connection part of a cable-shaped signal transmission medium and an inner conductor contact is provided in part of an insulative pressing plate, which is opened/closed integrally with a shell cover portion, and the wire connection part thereof and the void portion are disposed in a radial-direction inner region of a shield shell. As a result, an air layer for impedance adjustment formed by the void portion of the insulative pressing plate is disposed so as to face the wire connection part, at which mismatching of impedance easily occurs, and the matching degree (VSWR) of impedance can be efficiently adjusted.

    摘要: With a simple configuration, increase in size can be avoided, usage durability is improved, and occurrence of insufficient electrical connection caused by dust can be prevented well. A crank part is provided in at least one of both contacts including elastic beam-like members. Both of the contacts are provided with cut-away parts, which substantially increase the span lengths of the elastic beam-like members, and gaps between the contacts and an insulating housing which ensure flexibility of the elastic beam-like members to ensure flexibility and prevent permanent deformation of the contacts while enhancing elasticity of the contacts. Dust which has entered the interior thereof is moved along the crank part to ensure electrical conductivity well, which is an employed configuration.

    摘要: With a simple configuration, plastic deformation of contacts can be prevented while avoiding increase in size, and occurrence of failure in electrical connection due to dust can be well prevented. In an elastic beam-like member of a first-side contact extending like a cantilever in an insulating housing, a bent extending part which substantially increases the span length of the elastic beam-like member is formed to be bent to have a curved shape at a root part serving as a part coupled to a fixing base part. A through hole is formed in a region including at least part of the bent extending part to ensure flexibility while enhancing elasticity of the contact, thereby preventing permanent deformation of the contact. Meanwhile, dust which has entered the equipment is caused to fall through the through hole, thereby ensuring electrical conductivity well.

By virtue of this, it is configured that the characteristic impedance about the cable-shaped signal transmission medium SC can be adjusted by the void part 14, and the matching degree (VSWR) of the characteristic impedance with respect to transmission signals can be easily and appropriately matched.
