Abstract: Porous particles contain a biodegradable polymer as a main component. The biodegradable polymer is an aliphatic polyester and/or a polysaccharide ester having a total degree of substitution of 0.7 or more and 3.0 or less. The porous particles have an average particle size of 0.08 μm or more and 100 μm or less, a sphericity of 0.7 or more and 1.0 or less, and a relative specific surface area of more than 3.0 and 20 or less. A cosmetic composition contains the porous particles.

Abstract: Provided are an emulsifiable preparation that has little influence on the environment or the human body, that is excellent in long-term storage stability, and that imparts a pleasant touch feeling to the skin, and an aqueous cosmetic that contains the emulsifiable preparation, a food or beverage that contains the emulsifiable preparation, and a pharmaceutical composition that contains the emulsifiable preparation.
