Abstract: A paging processing method and an apparatus are provided to solve the problem of power consumption waste in the solution of UE monitoring PO in related aft. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a first information field corresponding to the terminal device in first downlink control information (DCI), according to a first paging occasion number, where the first DCI includes N1 information fields, and each information field corresponds to one or more paging occasions, the first paging occasion number is a number of paging occasion monitored by the terminal device among paging occasions corresponding to the N1 information fields, N1 is a positive integer, and the paging occasion corresponding to the first information field includes G1 sub-group, G1 is a positive integer; according to a sub-group number corresponding to the terminal device, determining a first bit corresponding to the terminal device in the first information field, where the first bit is configured to indicate a paging status of the terminal device.

According to the dynamic data transmission method and apparatus and the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first information is carried by the MAC layer information borne by the first PDSCH resource for instructing the terminal to receive the corresponding PDSCH data in the second PDSCH resource, to implement dynamic data transmission without scheduling DCI, and reducing a transmission delay.
