    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a signaling transmission method, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: sending indication information on an uplink transmission resource allocated via a configured grant (CG), or receiving indication information on a downlink transmission resource allocated via semipersistent scheduling (SPS), and the indication information is configured for indicating a target transmission resource. A terminal sends the indication information for indicating the target transmission resource on the CG-allocated uplink transmission resource, and a network device can obtain an actual sending situation of a resource reserved for the CG within a period of time, to prevent uplink CG resource waste or resource collision; or the terminal receives the indication information for indicating the target transmission resource on the SPS-configured downlink transmission resource, and the terminal can know whether to detect and receive data on the target transmission resource, to avoid unnecessary power consumption overhead.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a dynamic data transmission method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: configuring, for a terminal, dynamic resource indication information associated with semi-persistent scheduling (SPS); and performing dynamic data transmission indication by using the dynamic resource indication information in a discontinuous reception off (DRX-off) period. According to the dynamic data transmission method and apparatus, and the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, during the DRX-off period, SPS PDSCH transmission is assisted by means of dynamic scheduling, and in the case that a data packet is relatively large but reserved SPS PDSCH resources are insufficient, the transmission of the data packet is assisted, without waiting for the next SPS PDSCH or a DRX-on period, thereby reducing the transmission delay.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a network energy saving method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium, which are applied to a network device. First, energy consumption indication information is acquired, which is used for indicating a target energy consumption state of the network device, and then data is transceived based on the target energy consumption state. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, an energy saving approach is configured for the network device, and then the target energy consumption state of the network device is indicated by indication information, so that the network device can determine the corresponding energy saving approach according to the target energy consumption state, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the network device. In addition, due to different energy consumption states corresponding to different energy saving approaches, the energy consumption state of the network device can be finely managed, and the energy consumption can be reduced to a greatest extent.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a control signaling monitoring method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. A user equipment receives first configuration information sent by a network device, the first configuration information being used to determine N groups of candidate parameter sets, and obtains a target parameter set of a target DRX transmission from the N groups of candidate parameter sets according to indication information sent by the network device, the target parameter set being used to determine a monitoring time period of control signaling. In this solution, the control signaling monitoring time can be dynamically determined according to the target parameter set of the DRX transmission, and the alignment probability of a data packet transmission process and the monitoring time is increased, and data packet transmission delay is reduced.
